- NotGonnaHappenJust got a call from a "Daniel" from the company "Kenwood Law Group". He left a message like he called the right person, however, he didn't. I know the person he is looking for, but why would he call me? Said something about it being an urgent matter. Whatever. I'm not a receptionist.
- Caller: Law Office of Kenwood Law Group
- albert| 5 repliesThis Carl is also calling my neighbors that I do not even know by name, family members, friends, my wife, etc, I asked them to sent me everything in writing but they still call everyone trying to get a hold of me. This is really harrasing people that do not have anything to do with my debt.
- Caller: kentwood law
- Call type: Debt collector
- Anynonymous opinion replies to albert| 4 repliesyou guys should just pay your bills.... its that simple.... Instead of "oh my goodness" "stop harassing me" pathetic, economy is tough on everyone. Bight the bullet and pay your bills...
- So funny replies to also getting harrassedThats the funniest thing i think any one has ever said. "They must have found my name and number on the internet" Holy crap, too funny. I am sure you are a very responsible individual. You are probably right, they probably look for people on the internet to call. HAHAHAHAHA yeah right.... You probably pay all your bills too..... dont hold your breath!!
Visa and Mastercard to use this site to know who not to give credit to. They would deny all of you non debt paying people! - Leigh| 1 replyUnnecessary harassments, This collection agency is accused of making calls to customers when they are at work. This is a clear violation of the FDCPA which prohibits collection agencies from making calls to customers while they are at work. The agency is even accused of harassing the consumer’s relatives and family members. This is also a violation of the FDCPA.
- Caller: Kentwood Law Group

- suthedebtcollectors@gmail.com replies to WILLIAMS| 1 replyI had a similar experience with this same debt collector, they did not sound like a law firm at all and something did not seem right to me. They said they were a "Law Firm", but I asked to speak to a lawyer and they just put a collection agent on the line. I started doing some research in my Debt Cures book by Kevin Trudeau and ended up here. I realized in the book that you can actually sue these companies, but very few people know this secret. Soon after that I found a company that goes after collection agencies like this one for harassment, claiming they are going to sue people, etc. AT NO COST TO THE CLIENT. I had nothing to lose, so it did not take me long to contact them. They told me immediately that I have a case and that I can get this credit card removed from my credit and I could get up to $2000 in damages (usually $1000, but $2000 in California). I currently have two cases (one is this company) and I have no doubt that it is only a matter of time before they settle and I get cash in my pocket. Not bad for sending a couple of emails and making a phone call or two.
I am so happy with this company that I decided to help others do exactly what I have done, FIGHT BACK! These comapnies are doing illegal activities to take advantage of people all over the world and it is not right. The worst part of it all is they do not even care if they get sued, they will continue to do this to people because most people do not realize they are doing anything wrong. What they don't realize is the consumer really has all the power and I am hear to help as many people as possible.
Can you answer “yes” to any of the following questions?
1.) Are you receiving excessive phone calls?
2.) Have you had any 3rd-party disclosures? (messages left on a public answering
machine or phone calls directly to family, friends, coworkers, or neighbors).
3.) Did the debt collector disclose that the call was from a debt collector? (If so,
please save this voicemail message).
4.) Did the debt collector threatened legal action? (Filing a lawsuit, taking the debtor
to court, garnishing the debtor’s wages, or putting a lien on the debtor’s property).
5.) Does the debt collector continue make calls at work even though the debtor told
the debt collector to stop calling at work?
I work side-by-side with a law firm and they may be able to help you free of charge.

- PolishPrincessWe received 2 messages from this number, from an Ephraim Sargeant calling about solving an issue with a Holly Patterson. He called again today and got my husband, who wouldn't let him speak to me unless he revealed what it was about. He finally gave some vague answer, so I got on the speaker phone, too. He wanted to verify the last 4 numbers of my Social Security # (we gave him a loud "NO!) Told him I had never lived at the addresses he gave. He put me on hold, then decided he had the wrong person. We agreed.
