- CrystalThis Number is ABSOLUTELY A SCAM. They call to tell you there is something wrong with your banks transactions, that they are questionable. Meanwhile Im sure almost everyone monitors their account on a daily basis. gets alerts & such. At no time did these scammers mention the NAME OF THE BANK I HAVE. Before the woman even finished speaking, I hung up and called MY BANK to ask if they use any outside fraud services. THEY DON'T!!! Any bank has its own fraud dept. DO NOT GET SCAMMED>

- michiso I just at 6:45 I received a phone call from this # 8772538964 a woman named Jenny
I got the woman's name, claim number, and a number to get back to her. I thought automatically.....fraud.
I want to my banks website and called their lost/stolen card phone#.
my account was in the process of being frauded. I had given them the case number that Jenny had given me and it turned out to be some online restaurant named post mate.....so the number and call was legit. now I have cancelled my card and will get a new one reissued. but I will try to play detective and see who this "post mate restaurant" is......dinks...what an inconvenience- Caller: fraud protection services
- Irene replies to RickIt is not a scam. I just called the number, because my card had been blocked because I had attempted to make a donation to the GoFundMe account and my bank is reluctant to debit my account to any non profit organization .

- BobbiThis number called and left a voice mail about suspicious activity on my debit card. I called back and entered the case number they left in the voice mail. Asked me for my zip code and to verify the last few purchases. All automated. I had just ordered something online from overseas, and I believe that was the red flag they picked up on. At the end, the recording advised me to call the number on the back of my card if I had any more questions. Seems legit. Didn't ask for any other information.
- Yukoi called my bank and this call was legit. Bank lady took care of my problems so if you are worried just call your bank. I'm glad I called them.
- Just MeThis is a fraud protection service! I didn't answer when it rang but then called the number back and it verified who I was and my address and didn't ask any personal questions, but it knew my bank and told me that I had recently used my debit card online. It also gave me the last like 5 transactions I had used my card to verify those were real. Then she said my card was not compromised and I was alright.! Whew, what a relief!
- Caller: Fraud Protection Agency
- LevThe number is legit. I missed their entire message as it came on Sunday around 8 am and I was still asleep. So after calling them back and not being able to key in a case number that was a part of their automated message, I stayed on the line and was connected to a rep. He only asked for my name and address, and went over my debit card transactions, all of which were mine.
- ABThis is a legit number they detect fraud especially if an overseas company try to charge your card. One of this free movie sites flagged my card when they tried to charge my card. This is legit. They will just ask for zip code that's all. They will go over all charges that look fraudulent.

- Caller: My Financial Institution
- Deb replies to MitchNot true, it is a legit number, and you can't always see attempted transactions on your account; though your bank should be able to verify any unauthorized activity for you.
- NoJokeI too, initially thought it was another violator of the do-not-call phone lists, but called the number on the back of my ATM card and was told it was a legitimate alert by my bank. They said an insignifcant ($2.90) was charged to my ATM for a resort or travel club. Turns out, the small charge is just a test of your account to see if it would go through, prior to larger chargers. I responded that the charge was not ours and our cards were shut down.
