Only 50 min???!!  Very fortunate you are. 4 1/2 HOURS and FIFTEEN transfers to get problem resolved. Just did the same in April for SIX HOURS STRAIGHT

Calls multiple times a day and never leaves a message.  No message.  No returned call or answered call.

Two calls from this number 1 at 10 AM the second at 12 PM. Caller ID showed "Toll Free Number" and I never answer a "Toll Free" call. Both times left no message on voicemail. Reading some of the other comments I see it' could be an AT&T survey call. I did have some work done on my phone yesterday, but if it is AT&T why don't they show it's AT&T instead of "Toll Free Caller?" Must not want the answers they'd get from a survey!?

This number has hacked our entire house. Do not get uverse, get rid of att if possible.

What's strange is we have two different phone numbers at our house, one we use to talk on, and one dedicated to the FAX machine, it's the FAX machine that gets the call from this number without any identification (AT&T), and we just let it ring it's four times, and it hangs up on them.  We've gotten necessary call's from AT&T on the other line, but those numbers are identified as AT&T.

It's their tactics that I don't like. If I have a problem with their service, I will call them. To me this is harrassment.

OK...Tell me where 1-773-377-9048 is.  This number has been calling me multiple times per day for months now. When I call back, it just plays music and tells you to wait for an agent. But no one ever comes on the line. It's probably a spoofed number, so you won't be able to find these scum bags.

WOW!  I answered the call from this number and no one responded to my hellos.  I did call AT&T for static on my landline, and they fixed it by end-of-watch.  I would appreciate someone responding to my hellos though.  That would be professional.

AT&T called again, the system asked me questions, and I answered them.  They had better not call again, as I track them.
