I have gotten 21 calls within a 10 minute period from 888-211-7690, I'm sick and tired of these calls. I went ahead and blocked this #. This cannot be AT&T as another person has mentioned. Eben though the # is blocked, each call still shows up in my account as a received phone call.

Caller ID showed this number. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, especially if they have a toll-free area code. No message left.

I talked to ATT yesterday, just inquiring about possible new bundle packages, and I've been getting calls all day from this number. I can now surmise from these posts that it's some kind of a survey of their customer service. To heck with 'em. I'm not answering it I don't care how much they call.

A big waste of humiliating time for ATT.

There was NO comment, only annoying rings from ATT.

9/17/2015  12:20pm EST  I answered, they hung up.  I do not know if this was AT&T, However, I did call and speak to AT&T yesterday but was not expecting any followup calls today.

This caller is relentless from 0900 until 0921 I received 17 calls. I tried to answer but it's just dead on the other end. This is a robocall out of control and without the technology to know someone picked up.

I could sure use help. I think that I have a hacker who calls so they can access my computer that is hooked through ATT phone service (U-verse). I have two numbers and neither answers when I call back, instead just empty sound of air.
Spoofed? IDK.

This is a customer satisfaction survey that allows for both numerical 1 - 10 ratings and verbal feedback.  They're not selling anything.  AT&T just wants to know if you are happy with recent service they provided.  At least they care enough to ask.

I had to call DirecTV aka AT&T the other day and since then they keep calling and like everyone else said they don't leave a message and caller ID doesn't identify the number as AT&T.  Wouldn't you think they could afford to have their number show as AT&T??

This number showed up on caller ID......didn't leave a message. Guess if it happens again, I'll at least know it's AT&T.

I get these calls on my hard wire phone and answering machine. they leave no message.
