I had 4 calls in the space of 2 days.  Since it isn't an identifed caller, I refuse to answer it--I don't care who IT IS!

I believe that extra $2 is for all those cell phones obama is giving out to people, they not pay for.

Calls without clear identification are not being answered.  Even if the Pope calls, I want "Pope" next to the number.
As for ATT....................one of the big mistakes I made.

I agree, they quote you one price and then you end up with extra services and charges and an astronomical bill. And no one has a true record of your phone conversation. AT&T has become the master of Bait and Switch!!

"Was" a loyal customer for over 10 years but had a lapse in finances that left us making the minimum payments to keep the overpriced,overhyped  DirecTV & landline phone going until finances & expected backpay would've allowed catching up & opting for a new, practical bundle package that would've been arranged after paying the current bill plus late fees on March 3rd(Govt. check issue date) The first customer care rep was helpful,understanding & even offered to break it down into installments but after wasting time & being relieved to have worked things out(so I thought!)her rude,insulting supervisor got on the pkone and added insult to injury stating that the deal reached moments before was voided & no 2 day extension for cut-off date would be granted and the full $316 balance was due tomorrow(tonight @ midnite?) which also voided the $169. minimum payment agreed upon even before I'd realized my check was coming on the 3rd rather than the 1st of March ??!! I have a cellphone a digital TV capable of receiving local broadcast programming and have a CLEAR 4G wifi router already prepaid until May as a gift from a family member! ;)  I guess I will have $316.00 more this month than I thought I would too! The toll-free 888-211-7690 ATT customer satisfaction survey call at 6:30pm CDT on 3/1/14 was returned and I was happy to rate all questions with "1"'s(lowest scoreing option) and a 30 second recorded explanation window to tell them what I thought of my ATT experience and if they happen to see this message will understand better why they've lost a 10year +,loyal customer after dealing with their rude,menopausal management-level service rep. It appears their new CEO is trying to save on operating staff by promoting bipolar former meter-maids to customer rep supervisory positions and I hope their shareholders get a better picture of "why" their stocks are & will be dropping like a rock! Why would I even think of coming back to them after this BS??!! I guess I'll drop off the obsolete sat boxes & cheesy remotes on the way to the bank Monday if they cut services tonight?!! LOL! ;)

I have been getting calls from 888-211-7690, I got 3 then I decided to put a stop to it, anyone
who is doing this company etc.  This advice for home owners is let the phone ring, pick up the
phone after ringing put back in the cradle pick it back up and dial *60 then dial 3 this will stop the
calling...

We keep getting calls from this number at work. I have to answer all the calls and it bugs me that they just disconnect 8 seconds after I pick up and still saying the greeting. So irritating! Luckily we have a new phone system and I can now see who is calling so I have set a rule to automatically disconnect the call when that number dials in.

This number calls all hours of the day...I am on the Do Not Call Registry list...Why do they call!! Please stop!!

Finally answered and they hung up. Att a real class act!

I canceled the U verse TV and they put me on hold for 45 minutes before they canceled my service, I guess they  have been calling to do a survey but they do not leave a message, bad service ATT

I do not answer any phone calls unless ID states who is calling. This an AT&T survey that I blocked due to name unknown, only listed as toll free caller. If they want me to answer, it will list AT&T as the caller.

This number called me twice today--at 9 am and 11:15 am

I don't know why they are calling me because I never used AT&T. I'm not even using AT&T right now. Really weird. I got several calls from this company and they are still calling right now! People should know who they are calling.

I have no desire to talk to these people.  I sent a rental payment to them instead of ATT bill.  I called them same day it was mailed to let them know when rental office showed me my ATT Check I had given them.  First time in all my years of paying bills.  It had me worried to death..  I had called ATT same day I mailed wrong check..please understand that check was 5 times more then what I owed att.  They told me after being on hold for 55 minutes that they would cash that check no matter who it was written out to.  Is that even legal?  I stopped payment on that check and mailed their check to them same day I received it from rental office.  Now when I get Aug bill I will also have a return check fee on it..I am just angry.  So folks look at your checks BEfore you put them in the envelope...They will get you anyway they can..Second time they called I picked up phone and hung up..

I received 6 calls today- each spaced 2 hours apart- from 1-888-211-7690.  No voice message left.  I've recently experienced problems with AT&T not keeping their promise to give me promotional U-verse TV/Internet rates for 1 year and I wonder if the aforementioned calls are related to that?

I have not called back cause no message was left

I believe AT&T is practicing sales tactics that prey on vulnerable customers. The elderly, the infirm, and those who foolishly trust that AT&T has their  best interests in mind. It's all about how many people they can mislead into buying extra features, programs, add-ons, etc. They have become experts in deceptive sales pitches. The repeated sales calls from 888-211-7690 are most likely illegal in the State of California since they are considered to be annoying, harassing and likely in violation of section 653 (m) of the states penal code.
