I get a call from this number 1-888-211-7690 five or more times a days.  No one on the other leaves a message or respond when I answer this call.  What is this called.  I sure want it to stop.

Saturday afternoon 1:35, and this number appears on my cell phone. I didn't answer it, and no message was left. If it was really an AT&T survey, why wouldn't they call the number I have with their service. This call came in on my work cell phone, which nobody knows, unless they are from my place of employment, or personal family members. Seems rather strange.

I too have been getting numerous calls from this number.  Starting to get on my nerves.

Whenever you call ATT concerning "anything" they call you back with a short
survey (computer/no a real person) to participate to rate the ATT representative
who helped you and rate the overall service of your call/assistance. This is
legit but you do not have to participate..

Hello,  have you received calls from 786 476 1830,  617 581 1060 when I answer it, it's just a spanish
speaker I have no clue what they are saying. how do you stop these calls?

It's AT&T with a customer survey.  I changed plans yesterday & they just want to see how the call was handled.  

I keep getting this call no message but I am sure it is a survey of some sort.  

I got this one twice today - no message.  I just cancelled DSL yesterday so it's reasonable that it might be ATT trying to find out why or something.  

Rec'd 3 calls from this number & no messages left. I picked up 3rd. time & it was ATT follow-up regarding
my call about overcharging on my billing for mobile service d/c with them. No I. D. on ph. call!

I don't recognize the number!!!!!!!! If this is ATT I am going to contact my attorney and pursue some legal action. You are stepping into my privacy and I am freaking sick of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call from this number just came in. I didn't answer because I just assume that 800, 877 area codes are either telemarketers or outright scammers. Didn't leave a message. Thanks to the folks here for letting me know it's AT & T.......interesting timing,because yesterday I called them to ask about a charge on my bill. Guess I can expect to be getting even more calls from them now............

So far today....it's now mid afternoon.....I've had FIVE calls from these people. Haven't answered any of them and don't plan to, no matter how many calls they make. If it's AT & T, as many of you have said, they're going to be losing a lot of customers like me...... We're tired of being harassed and harangued. STOP IT!

Just received this call with no message left.  By the looks of other postings they won't get a survey out of me because I cancelled their service yesterday.  You get tired of poor service as well as no more scam or political calls I've kept track of for the past two years and nothing is done about it.  Take the hint AT&T when you lose a long term customer.
