get repeated calls from 888 211 7690 with no message even though there is a 'not not call' in place.  What can be done to stop this harassment?

I received 2 calls from this number almost back to back.  I am on the Do Not Call list and apparently AT&T is above this request!

I actually answered after a jillion of these calls.   It is a "follow up" (survey) for recent repair service I had done.   That is why & how  they can get around the "do not call" list.

I get calls every day from this number.  Today I got two calls.  When I called the number it said the call could not be completed from my phone, so I didn't know who it was from which really made me mad because I was thinking that that was very deceiving.  So.....tomorrow I will answer, and then call ATT and let them know about the automatic survey, if they ask me to take a survey, I will, but don't just call me out of the blue, and then when I call it back, it says my call can't be completed from my phone number, seems like they are hiding something.  Will let them know that I am not very happy with this.

My problem is they call in the middle of the day when I'm at work.  How can I get them to stop when I'm not home to answer the phone and decide to take the survey??  Don't they know some people still work?

Got  5 calls today.  I let my answering machine pick up & guess what---they hang up.

This caller used up my entire message machine.  It has never "run out of space" before, even when I am out of town for two weeks.  They left a recorded message, which kept running over and over until my machine stopped recording.  It left no clue as to the caller or even the topic, it merely said if you want to talk to a representative, please call...  A representative for whom?  About what?  Not a clue.  There was no company/caller listed, it merely said Toll Free Call.
Thanks to them, who knows what other calls I may have missed because my machine was full.  If this is ATT, then they are begging for us to dump them and go with only our local cell phone company.  Further, not about this call, but about ATT, charged us $3 for a three-way call.  Never had such a call to or from our phone.  The explanation from the customer rep was "it was just a trial thing, we can block that from your phone".  What trial thing?  An illegal charge?  And, this guy was going to block it from our phone?  Block something that doesn't exist?  What is he blocking?  This must be their new way to make money...sneak a couple bucks a month from every customer -- imagine that total.  CHECK EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR PHONE BILL EVERY MONTH.

This is just an automated AT&T phone customer survey that asks you how well you were taken care of when you called customer service. If you answer it the calls will stop!!!

Two calls from this number within 3-4 hours.  Since I don't answer calls from a number I don't recognize, I don't know who the caller might be.

I rec'd the call from them but no voicemail was left so I called the number back and it's a recording requesting you complete a brief survey.Yes, this number does belong to AT&T. If for any reason a technician had to come to your residence they are wanting you to rate the service.

AT&T survey...really idiots...AT&T doesn't even offer service in the state I live in!!!

Have received 3 calls just today from 888 211 7690.  Once I identify as a business, they hang up; this is annoying when I am trying to get reports done!
