I have a "package deal" with ATT  Uverse, Uvoice, and DirecTV. Yesterday I called to make a change  in the DirecTV part. I was on the phone for nearly an hour, being transferred to EIGHT "representatives"…..five of whom barely spoke English. Every time I was transferred, we had to go through the whole "Security" routine. It's beyond frustrating that a company supposedly in the COMMUNICATION business makes it so incredibly difficult to deal with them. Once my 2-year "contract" expires (in 14 months) I'm DONE with these creeps.

I have been called 5 times yesterday from this number, and receive calls from them every day.

Two calls from this number in less than an hour. No messages left. Either talk to me or STOP CALLING.

I'm on the no call list registry and keep getting phone calls from this number

I two calls today May 31st. The first call nobody answered he when I picked up the home telephone and said, 'HELLO." I hung up afterwards. The second call at after 1:00 pm, a recorded message from AT&T Customer Service asking to do a 'Satisfaction Survey.' I hung up telephone.

I am getting up to 5 of these calls in a 6 hour span.

I have gotten two calls from this number twice today, exactly two hours apart.  From skimming these reports, I don't know if this is really AT&T or if it's some scam pretending to be AT&T.  I can say that I was on the phone with AT&T yesterday, so it might be a legit customer survey, but since I never answer the phone for calls like this, I won't know.  The called ID say "Toll Free Call" and they don't leave a message on the machine.

Calls multiple times a day and never leaves a message.  No message.  No returned call or answered call.

Two calls from this number 1 at 10 AM the second at 12 PM. Caller ID showed "Toll Free Number" and I never answer a "Toll Free" call. Both times left no message on voicemail. Reading some of the other comments I see it' could be an AT&T survey call. I did have some work done on my phone yesterday, but if it is AT&T why don't they show it's AT&T instead of "Toll Free Caller?" Must not want the answers they'd get from a survey!?

This scammer keeps calling me.   I had 4 calls from them just yesterday.
