I got a letter from PCS Daily Dial stating they owe me a refund from my inactive acct. in Indiana! I don't know anybody in jail there, let alone have ANY ACCTS. for ANY prisoner in ANY state!!! Yet I tried to find out what it was all about, becauae, if I do have acct(s) out there, I wanna know about them!!!! But you can't call this number back because it says the number is no longer in service. So. BFD... I lose a refund I never knew I had coming.!!!

I received a letter from PCS Inmate Communications Services
Public Communications Daily Dial stating to call 8882889879 for my refund on balace on my account and when I called I keep getting a recording stating that this number is no longer in service... how am I supposed to call for my refund.  Unbelieveable.

I got a letter from PCS Inmate Communication Services (11.05.2016) in Re: Notice of PCS Refund Policy from a prepaid account for calls from the Indiana Department of Corrections... #1 I "DO NOT " know anyone in prison in Indiana.... And that phone number "8882889879" is not in service and hasn't been in a long time... Some one is trying to make a buck....against the law at that.

I don't know anyone that should be calling me from this number

I received a letter dated  October 31 and it just got here today November 7 it states that I need to call PCS within seven business days today is seven business days but the phone number that's on the letter is a non-working number i'm not quite sure what this letter is about please call me tomorrow I'm not working if possible I would really appreciate a call back,thank you

I just recieved a letter from PCS dailydail with the same number saying something about my account and saying something about calls from a prison that i dont even know anyone in. I tried calling that number and its a non working number.. I looked the company up found a diffrent number with the same number and had to leave a message waiting for a call back. Im very confussed and stressed because how these ppl got my info i dont know

Ok i see other messages that other ppl are having the same problem as me.. I think this must be some scam or something because it seems alot of ppl are getting this. I wo der how we can report this

I havent recieved a call from that number but i just recieved a letter today stating something about my account and calls from a prison where i havent ever even known anyone at that prison.

Actually collect calls cam be made to cell phones..

I also received a letter with a non working number. What are these people achieving by doing this? All they have accomplished is wasting paper...

the 888 number is disconnected and the number on the web is stating they are not PCS. Funny though they owe me monies sounds like another scam!!!!

I got the same letter. Kind of stressed me out. Not knowing how they got my name and address pluse number, i have no clue. Makes me wonder if they some how got my card number. Got me worried over here.

Ok. So how does this place get our info? Kind of scarey knowing some place never even heard of has name, address and phone number. Makes me wonder what other information they may have...like card number..etc.etc.. Got some crazy letter in the mail about some account that i dont even have, said a prison name that i have no clue of anyone at that prison let alone that state.. Called the number on the paper and its a non working number. So i looked through website with the same pcs daily dail and i ended up finding some other number. I call and get a recording and it said someone will call bave within 24 hrs. Well its been 48 hrs. Sounds weird to me. Hope we all can figure something about this out soon. Hope we can find away to put a stop to this.

I received a letter from these people saying that they have a fund of mine from an account that I had set up that wasn't being used any longer but when I tried calling the 888-288-9879 number several times no one ever answers this #, it's always busy and there's no real number to call nor is there a website to get the support one would need to communicate with about any issues, which sucks if someone is trying to be refunded.

Received a letter saying that my account was 180 days in active and they were closing it. I called the number they provided but it was not a good number. I don't know anyone in Indiana Department of Corrections.
