hi please i need helppppppppppppppppp a lady her name is claude from steven walter office contact me many times and she told me i owe primer fitness 400$ i owe them nothing and just harnessing me every day any one who had same experience tell me what to do i dont mind to pay this much of money to sue them rather than pay anything to them

hi im wondering if you still have the same problem since i have same problem and i dont know what to do but im thinking why not all people who get scammed from those people make a claim against them because if we are a group of we could make deference

I also have been receiving harassing phone calls from Claude. She once called me 15 times within the span of 3-4 hours. I am getting a lawyer and pursuing this further. I am not paying a dime until I have my lawyer check them out.

i also got calls from her   now i will report her and the so call business    you all can report this person and company to          C.R.T.C.     they will deal with her     they are from the high government who deals with people like her     and please report   to the better business  bureau also to the law association of canada    the more numbers of complaints the faster they will deal with the issues             she has violated about 5 laws  the big one is that she is giving false credentials, harrassement, false business identity, and threatening  phone calls

do not pay      she is a scammer report her     to the  C. R. T. C.     not sure of the number     report her to the better bussiness bureau

I just received a message from her today.  Couldn't understand what she was saying.  I googled her phone number and this site came up.  From what I am reading she is a fraud?  I've left 2 messages with her.  I haven't been able to contact her so far.

I have received a phone call from a Michelle claiming to be a lawyer.

these people r trying to scam people hey well i called back n iam the wrong person to do this too cuase it is identity theft on me i have never had gym memebership or some crap about a van i live in b.c. not ontario so she has just picked wrong guy at wrong time

I received a call from this person and said she had a claim on her desk for me . I was never part of no gym and never will be I am geting tired of people trying to scam me  I am unemployed and no work right now

I got a messge from Michelle Smit from this number as well but she claimed to be calling from Dr. Walters office and was calling in regards to the claim on her desk.  I have never even heard of Premier fitness so I know she can't be calling about it and she called me by name and the only thing I owe at all is $19 to my dentist but it's only cause he can't figure out how to claim it through my insurance and I know he hasn't sent it to collections cause he is trying to get it through my insurance.  I am really not happy with getting this threatening voice on my answering machine making false claims to be from a doctor's office when she obviously isn't.  I guess she was getting reported too much for claiming she was with a law firm.

YES SHE KEEPS CALLING ME AS WELL NEVER TELLING ME WHO HAS THIS SUPPOSED CLAIM AGAINST ME. I CALL BLOCKED THE 905 296 3027  # AND NOW SHE IS CALLING ME FROM 905 296 3074. I HAVE TRIED CALLING BOTH NUMBERS AND ALL THEY DO IS RING WITH NO VOICE MAIL OR COMPANY NAME. WE SHOULD ALL GET TOGETHER AND SUE THIS MICHELLE SMIT!!!! I HAVE TRIED FINDING BOTH #S AND THERE ARE NO SUCH NUMBERS LISTED.

I have been periodically recieving harassing phone calls from 905-296-3027 which is Stephen Walters Law Office with regards to my ex-girlfriend who bought a computer from MDG which she had already paid almost $1000 into but now this debt collection agency is harassing me about it.

She was calling on behalf of MDG and started to talk down to me - very quickly stopped when I told her that I am not employed (which I'm not - the company I worked for shut down). So she didn't even bother trying to ask for a payment.

I have an employee who gets calls from this agency but her name is Madame Claude, lol.

Turns out Stephen Walters Professional Corporation is also under contract or whatever to MDG computers.

Got a computer from MDG 7 years ago and it died 12 days before the warranty was up and they wouldn't repair it. Literally refused to look at it, lied about the manufacturer warranty as well with ACER. ACER said the system was sold to MDG 1 year prior to them selling it to me and their warranty was up 30 days after I bought it.

Now I have this moron Claude Nourian who is the Collection Manager at Stephen Walters Professional Corporation emailing me trying to sound like a lawyer. I told him to stick it up his [***] and to take me to court. If the courts sided with him I'd be happy to pay. He stresses that he wants to settle out of court, I told him the only thing I would be settling out of court are my nuts on his face because he's getting nothing but nut.

Anyways, watch this company, and watch out for MDG computers, you will sign the devils contract.

I got an email as well as a few calls from this number 905-296-3647. I sent a text message telling them to STOP calling letting it ring once or twice and hanging up. I answered the one call and it was CLAUDE from the Stephen Walters law firm telling me I need to pay an outstanding amount to MDG and that I need to have the funds to them by Wednesday or I was being reported to the Equifax and taken to court. for $353.71 and I had a choice if I wanted to pay an nsf fee?? WTH is that crap.I was told to send the cheque or money order to them at the Hamilton office, but they do have a Mississauga office. I was also told to make the cheque to Stephan Walters in trust. I was around others and I really could not talk so I just agreed with everything. After I got off the phone and clued in, I sent her back an email telling her that they are to do ALL correspondence via postal mail and the call and email were illegal! I also want to know what is their registration lic number for being a law firm and collection agency. For starters, if there is a balance owing they are not going to give you an option to pay an NSF fee if I want...a legal collection agency will send you a letter first then make calls. This person and firm is totally against the Collections Act, Law Society regulations and so forth. Do your research first. They are fraudulent and do not follow any collection laws...threatening to take me to court and contact equifax to destroy my credit is one a threat and two bullying! Both against the law! I am contacting the law society and the ministry and reporting them and the BBB will also be told of these guys and due to me being a victim of identity theft, I will let the government agent aware of this as well. They have just messed with the WRONG person!

OMG that is the same as me....MDG computers I did a contract last year! telling me I have not paid since August....WTF....good thing I tool law and know a lot of lawyers! Man are they going to get it!
