Why doesn't everyone report this Michelle woman to the authorities. She needs to be accountable for her criminal activities. Does anyone know what she looks like? I would love a picture so I could find her and have her charged.
It seems strange to me that someone who works for a lawyer (joke). I guess most of them are criminals anyway. They probably found her on a list to hire criminals. Maybe nothing has happened to her legally because the Steven Walters she works for is also a criminal.

New name same scam- Rosanne calling from Steven Walker Law Office with the same threatening phone calls regarding a claim against me. No letter prior to calling. I'll let her speak to my answering machine for now. Call back number 905-296-3537

Just looked up Steven WAlters and it looks like there is a law firm with this name that I'll be calling back tomorrow. Different number though.. I'll let the lawyers (the real ones) deal with the person who supposedly works there.  You should do the same. if they get enough complains it's might be worth their while to do something about it.

Michelle from Stephen Walters Law Offices calling about some claim against some people I've never heard of. Added to my blocked caller list. I wish that list could be more than 12 numbers.

I have been dealing with the same situation with MDG, when I ordered the tv they said that I was eligible for a free laptop. I received the electronics and when I looked at the bill they charged me the laptop. I contacted MDG immediately and they said but you have to pay for it your credit didn't pass. I told them that I want to return the laptop and they said they have a no return policy. So I contacted the consumer protection and sent them all the documents and they told me that I had every right to return as I was within the 30 day return policy. MDG didnt accept the equipment and now I am getting calls from this Michelle person at least 3 times a week. I am not giving her a dime and will not waste time answering her calls. People like this should be ashamed of the line of work they do and how they sleep at night is besides me.

Michelle has been harassing me over 6 month now ...for a gym membership I used once n paid a month for ! I finally called her back n she answered what kind of law firm doesn't have secretary's answering I'm quite sure that number is her personal cell phone number she also told me there is a law suit against me that could have me in jail ...
I answered her last call and pretended to masturbate to her voice . ..hope she learned her lesson

This woman has called me and my mother and she gave personal information about myself to my eighty-six year old mother!  She said they are taking me to court!  She never identified the company I supposedly owe money.  

A woman named Roseanne called my mom today representing the Steven Wallace law firm. When I asked what the call was concerning, they said an update of a claim. Now I take care of ALL of my moms affairs, she has no claims! When I told her I was her daughter and I handle all of her affairs, she quickly told me to get her permission (my moms) and then she would discuss it with me...... Something didn't sit right with me, my mom is a bit gullible and I didn't want her to get taken advantage of, so I googled it and here we are. I actually got the similar call, as did my husband two years ago. Good luck all!

They called me and before the girl got her first sentence done, I told her to go F U C K   Herself and hung up. Now they have called back at least 6 times over the last 2 hours.

I guess she might want an apology.

got a call before xmass at work told her micheal that I would call her with the information she wanted left it on her voice mail on xmass day she called me at work a day ago claiming she never got any information does anyone know if she is legit is this a law firm or is she just being a pain in the [***] and what can I do to fix the problem any one have ideas or information let me know

just spoke to the police informed them of the situation called steve walters law office got list of peaple's extensions her name was not there will be calling steve walters office in the morning to confirm she does not work there  the police have  told me to call back after I affirm she is not apart of the law firm and they will send a officer out to take my complaint and they can handle it from there the police told me that what I plan on doing was reasonable and to call them back don't let this happen to you

oh yeah she has to contact you by letter first before she calls to at home or work know your rights

She just called me at work same name using  that law firm No Idea how she got my name and work number wtf. Wish I knew where to report her.

read above report her to the upper law society of Ontario and if she has sent no letter in advance of calling you you can lay charges against her and her company with the police she is harassing you at work stand up for your rights read the vampire carstiens comment above yours

I am in the same boat as you....was already paying on a computer from 2011 and in 2014 was offered a tablet as well, with reduced payments on the computer($65 a month and still owed over $800. They were to take out the payments on the last day of the month, as they were already doing....They decided to take out on the 28th instead, knowing that I didn't receive money on that date...was charged NSF every month when all the company had to do was honor the original deal. I do in face owe them but they also will not work out a payment plan and demand the money in full....over 5500 for a 4 year old computer and tablet....frauds!!!!!

Called me today demanding I pay for something in regards to my special needs daughter, claiming it had to do with the Ministry of Health. She gave my daughter's full name, which can be easily found on the website I run for my daughter.

Glad I found this and saw she was scamming.
