I just received a call from this number bur did not answer it.  They left no message.

this number calls me every 2 hours....

pay your bills it is verizon and you are past due. just pay the dang bill

The phone number is from Verizon Wireless...and I was two months late on paying my bill.  That's who is calling.

I keep getting calls from "Verizon wireless" number (949) 286-3311. Today at 11:08,1:13, and 4:25
and they called all day yesterday

I find this extremely funny.  I also am getting phone calls from this number...no spanish yet....can hardly wait:)

This number is Verizon Wireless Finance Dept - they call if your account is past due.  I didn't know I had missed a bill.  Their policy is not to leave messages, just to keep calling until they get through.  If you got a call from this number, pay your bill!

I keep recieving calls from this number and as some of you mentioned I recieved texts as well. It said "Please contact Verizon Wireless about your account. For details now reply OPTIONS. This is a free text message. (wwwvzw.com)." Actually, I got phone bill a couple of days ago and the amount was double as usual even I've never answered those calls...

Have gotten a dozen calls from this in the past 2 days, and doubt it really is a line based in CA. More likely it's a voip call out number being abused by scammers from Nigeria/China/take your pick.

This number is Verizon Wireless financial accounts, weirdos.

This is definitely Verizon financial services. Probably calling to tell you to pay your bill, like me.  ha ha

Anyway, it's legit.

They just called me and left no message.  It's the first time I've received a call from this number.

Its verizon.  Are you late on your bill?  They are giving you a week worth of call til they shut your phone off.  They only give you 3 weeks of late bill and they disconnect you.

got the call - claaer ID said VERIZON - I new my status was goo - they left no message - they WOULD have text me if it was bill related.  I hope the guy is mistaken aht we are consdiered terrorists.  Good grief.

I was called by this number 3 times in one day I finally answered the third call and as soon as I said hello they hung up. They never left a voice mail or anything.

I received a call from this number too. Same as the previous emails. No message. They called once. I haven't heard back. It's been a couple of hours.

The call is if your bill hasn't been paid. I didn't know my bill was late until they called. They don't leave messages. If you are getting calls from this number, check your balance.

I just got that same call
