this number keeps calling me and doesnt answer. its been calling me for the past week. very weird.

It's definitely Verizon Wireless, because my account is about 10 days past due, and I just started getting these calls and wasn't sure who it was, thought it might be Verizon Wireless, so I googled the number, and here I am. It's legit.

I was getting repeated calls from this number so I answered.
It was VERIZON billing...it sounded legit as they had the right info
on my account. They should have left messages before.

I don't understand why they can't just leave a message.  Even when I answered the call no one was on the other end.  I didn't realize my payment was late, I just thought I was getting telemarketing or prank calls.

I too am receiving calls from this numbe,  I went into my verizon wireless account to block the call and the reply was this number cannot be blocked....when I have answwered the phone there has been no response on the other end just an open line.  
I am reporting this number to the national do not call registery..................

I get this call sometimes 3 times a day, always happens once I pay only half the bill with verizon wireless, they always get the other half before the next bill is due but they continue to harass. Last month they finally left a voicemail with a male robot voice, saying this is verizon wireless, and to call to pay your bill. Won't be doing service with Verizon anymore sick of the harassing calls, especially during odd hours.

Lol same thing happend to me. I think its verizon calling, its either that number or they call with a blocked number when your bill is really late.

This is not a Verizon phone number. The caller(s) are scam artists. They say they are from Verizon, but are a bunch of crooks. Verizon is aware of these crooks. Call Verizon and have the number blocked from your cell phone. Do not give them any info whatsoever. I hope they all rot in hell! I hate crooks!

Today this number call me 2 times. no sound and no noise.

This number has been calling non stop for two days and I don't answer

I did a *67 and called the number back.  The recording I heard said: "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, you have reached financial services".  Guess I better pay my bill, LOL!

It is Verizon! I called the number back, and I'm now talking to them about paying on my bill.

Just received the third call from this number - this needs to stop.

I doubt it seriously if its the same number.

Well, I received a call today @ 8:36 PM fron the same number 949-286-3311 and I answered but they didn't answer, ita was just a noise in the background.
THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM NOW!!!!!!!

My contract is over. Aft 6mths went to AT&T.
Now have Iphn. Next day received pymt due call. Ignored. Called Vzn. Claim OK, pymnt not due till bill received. Go figure.

you're stupid, this is definitely a phishing scam. I don't even have verizon, I take by you saying that you probably have fallen for a lot of scam, you're probably even a scam artist yourself, that's why you're defending it!!!!!

Whoa folks! There is no conspiracy here and no one is watching you. If you pay your Verizon bill then the calls will stop. Chill out people
