I made enquries about kitchens on Wednesday and since the this number will not stop ringing - upto 10 times a day. Also looked on website and this is not a very good company.

We went on line looking for kitchens.  Uber Kitchens came up.  Requested a catalogue- that's all!!!
Next day the 'phone rang every hour.  Dialling 1471 the above no. came up every time.  Very persistant but left no message.  After 3 days of this decided to find out who was ringing us.  So glad I did.  thanks for all the comments - steering well clear.  My husband is waiting for them to call again today..........

I got a kitchen on monday, most items where there. except for one big problem. it was the wrong kitchen.  after further inspection i realised that the colours did not match. the sales rep had shown us samples of doors and a posh catalogue and when he quoted the price we were satisfied he took the £100 deposit (we even fed him samosa's and a curry, cheeky B*st*rd) i wasnt home at the time of delivery i did warn my parents check everything before you pay.  if i was i would have turned them back and refused to pay but they conned my poor parents, they payed over £900.

Yes you guessed it, customer services werent not helpful at all, very rude and kept me on the phone for hours. but im very persistant and will not give up. i have a few tricks up my sleeve to get what i am owed. keep you posted if works.

The guy that owns this company is a well known ex con all he wants is your money every kitchen they send out is wrong and of poor quality. Customer service is unheard of there so don't think u will get money back or a good service at all. His previous company discount kitchens direct ( not to be confused with kitchens direct) featured on several watchdog and rogue trader shows.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! They are known as cheap kitchens whitch is linked to unber kithchens the owner is a rouque trader and has been on watchdog twice!!!!

Asked for a catelogue (foolishly giving my correct number). Company rang me 5 times on Wednesday, twice yesterday and has rung me again today. I always press ignore but the iPhone has no block facility.
So glad I checked this site.

the company ....................INTERIOR HOME DESIGNS OF ROSSENDALE also use this number as i have found out to the cost of £100 and the wasted journey to UNIT 7C WATERSIDE MILL  IN ROSSENDALE where i found an empty post box and was informed that many other people also made the wasted journey,if you are looking for a cheap kitchen you wont find 1 from this company take it from 1 who has learned the hard way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting.  I have just taken a look at their website and there is no address, telephone number or even e-mail address.  There are a couple of forums but if you put in Interior Home Design of Rossendale it comes up as page not found. The curious thing is why a company in Rossendale would be using a Greater Manchester area telephone code.

I so hate this scamming kitchens company with a passion. they were set up by vance miller (google him) and have various names and websites like solidwoodkitchens, uberkitchens, rossendale kitchens etc etc.

I've been searching online for companies for the past 3 days, as we are looking for a new kitchen, I remember mailing these people through their website, I just missed a call from 01616694780, so as always, I searched it through WHO CALLS ME, and I'm so glad I did, this is one company I will not be dealing with, I may have to answer if they call again just to let them know why I will no longer be needing there services.

I emailed for a catalogue and like everyone else have been plagued by phonecalls on landline and mobile (as it was a required space on the form to put phone numbers) 7 or 8 times daily - they leave it ringing sometimes for over 2 minutes on my landline!!. I specifically asked in my email not to be contacted by phone as I work night shifts (12hrs) and sleep alot of the day. I emailed complaints twice and they still call. When you call them back to tell them they are rude, half way through me explaining they hung up.....the next time they put me on holding without telling me and put me through to a woman on the switchboard who asked me what product I was wanting!!! This Company (Kitchens Uber) is a disgrace. No business ethic, ignores customer requests, diabolical. DO NOT use them. I have reported them to Trading Standards I doubt it will make any difference - if you are having ANY issues with them please do the same.

I have also been taken for a ride from this company, I have not got my £100 back also. How can they do this to people who struggle to save money for something nice, then get taken for a ride. I have been told to go to a small claimes court to get the money back as it is only a car finance company who can keep deposits. This company as been on crime watch and the owner was told he would go to prison and his replie was its not that bad.
Beware Kitchen Uber come under different names and phone numbers if you type the phone number like i did it came up with all the bad reviews i contacted on in Mancherster, and it is the same company for kitchens in Barnsley for sale, both turn out to be Uber.

Hi, I live in Stoke and a very unprofessional guy called John came over last night to do the designing, and once done he asked me for £100 and i refused and said I need to check with my husband, and he got mad at me and said he already lose £50 for fuel to come all the way from York..DO NOT TAKE THIS GUY IN..his name is JOHN..His mobile no is 07504295529 , came on a car reg no BV54 EUR if that helps to someone out there :)
