    It's a serious breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations. Needs to be reported to the OFT and Trading Standards so they can investigate and consider prosecuting.

    I'm a regular on a Facebook property group - one of the members had this to report regarding Stillhaus kitchens:

    "Update .... Kitchen arrived yesterday - un marked van in rusty condition with a very rude delivery driver.

    Boxes come off , look battered and boshed. I preceed to open boxes all units are second hand, ex display and screws and all fittings are thrown in (not in bags). Tap is cheap Chinese import and wooden work tops are battered.

    Sent the whole thing back .

    My conclusion - liquidated stock mixed with ex display - absolute con, and those that feel sorry for delivery driver would simply pay.

    Buyers beware - don't touch these kitchens."

    Hello everyone. My name is Amy Marshall and I am  customer services representative at Stilhaus Kitchens . I would like to inform everyone that is reading this that I am one of many customer services representatives at Stilhaus Kitchens. We take our jobs very serious and we are very proud of our customer services record .
    Recently we have been attacked on the internet by competitors. There has been three money saving expert threads closed down in the last three days due to the constant barrage of unjustified attacks from this competitor. It is thought that these attacks are all coming from the same source. One company with many identities.
    Since the money saving expert forums have now been closed down these individuals are now concentrating all of their efforts on this forum. You will note that the same names will keep appearing. Nan, Opijni, Button Pusher and now John Q Public.
    Please do not be taken in by these people as none of them have actually bought a kitchen from us so they have no experiences to report. I think that it is very obvious to people reading this thread that the amount of effort that these individuals are putting into this campaign is to say the least suspicious. They have never bought a kitchen from our company and they have no intentions of buying one so I think that people can form their own conclusions as to why they would spend their valuable time slandering our company.No doubt that in response to this post of mine there will be attacks from these individuals.
    If I can also bring your attention to the fact that from no where John Q Public has appeared to tell everyone a strange story about not himself nor anyone he knows but of a comment that he claims to have found on a facebook site stating that we delivered a kitchen in a rusty van and that it was all second hand units inside the boxes. I would like to say to this comment that although our vans are not brand new they most certainly are not rusty. We do not deliver second hand kitchens at all,this is a complete lie. Yes we do from time to time have ex display kitchens to clear which our website clearly explains but anyone that buys an ex display kitchen knows exactly what they are buying . We will never under any circumstances deliver an ex display kitchen to someone that has not ordered one.
    This story about being delivered a second hand kitchen is completely false and even if this was an ex display kitchen that was sold it would not have been delivered in boxes as we do not re box ex display kitchens, they are wrapped in bubble wrap.
    I would like to ask that this nonsense is not believed. We are the only kitchen company in the UK that will deliver your kitchen without payment ,allowing you to inspect the kitchen first and only when you are happy do we ask you to pay. I think that this in itself is proof of our confidence in our product.
    Finally I would like to re assure everyone that I will be checking this forum every day except Sundays and if anyone has a problem with a product bought from our company then I am her to address those problems and to resolve them to the customers satisfaction. Let this forum speak for our company by watching how I personally deal with customer issues.
    I will address all customer issues that are aired on this forum but I will not be drawn in to ridiculous conversations about nothing with people that have not bought a kitchen from this company but are only here to cause trouble.

    1. The Stilhaus Kitchens telephone number is not the number associated with this thread. This thread is regarding telephone number 01616694780. We are a Warrington based company and our telephone number is 01925 598202 and our address is St Emanuels Church , Bold St , Warrington.
    We are being attacked on this forum from competitors. Please let me explain how our company operates.
    1. We manufacture kitchens on a very large scale.
    2. We get most of our business from social media sites therefore keeping our expences down.
    3. We guarantee to beat any price from any other kitchen company in the UK BY A MINIMUM OF 50%.
    4. We do not engage in pressure sales.
    5. We offer a totally unique service that no other kitchen company will offer in as much as we will deliver your kitchen without any deposit at all. We will allow you to inspect the kitchen and only when you are happy will we ask you to pay.Normally we will ask for a fifty pounds or one hundred pounds deposit but if you the customer feel happier not paying any deposit at all then this is perfectly ok with us. I think that this does show that at Stilhaus Kitchens we pride ourselves on the quality of our product.
    We have a customer services representative Amy Marshall who will check this forum every day and will address any issues that anyone may have.
    Please do not be taken in with the false comments from competitors who seem to have appeared from no where to slander our company for no good reason.

    It would seem that all the positive posters are doing their best to make the compasny look good.  If, as you say, this number is not connected with Stilhause Kitchens then perhaps you can explain why "Amy Marshall", a Customer Servicers employee of Stilhause Kitchens is posting on here?  Nowhere in her posts does she say that the number is not connected with Stilhause. Why would that be?  Even when I asked her whether Stilhause was the new name of Kitchens Uber, she did not make any comment about this 'phone number.  People on here have received Kichens Uber paperwork when they thought they wwre dealing with Stilhaus.  As it happens I agree that the post from JohnQPublic is suspect, but no doubt you will also accuse me of being a competitor or some such rubbish.  Quite simply, all I want to know is a) is Stilhaus Kitchens Uber under a new name and b) is Stilhause another of Vance Miller's many companies.

    Dear Nan. First of all let me thank you for the fact that at least we are now starting to agree on a few things or at least one which is a big leap forward for us. We at least agree that the post of John Q Public is suspect. Thank you. So perhaps you can see here that we are being attacked by competitors or at least people with ulterior motives.
    Back to your question regarding Amy not answering your questions . You started off your conversation with Amy by telling her that by showing her concern towards a customers problem that this was infact confirmation that Stilhaus Kitchens and Kitchens Uber were infact the same company and you then went on to tell her that that also then made the Vance Miller link. So that was hardly a question to her but was more like telling her rather than asking her.
    Amy's job is to help customers that have a legitimate problem and she cannot get involved with the ridiculous questions back and forth on these forums. As you can see Nan , you are constantly coming back onto this thread with question after question. Non of which are anything to do with sorting a problem out. You and others will not go away until you have the answer that you want and nothing else will do . You will not accept anything other than to prove that you are right. Could you imagine how time consuming that would be for Amy if she were to get involved with you about this? Customers would undoubtably suffer as a consequence of her spending time in what I can only explain is a childish game. Amy is very committed to helping customers and that is why she explained in her posts that she was not on here to get involved in the bickering on this site and the constant barrage of questions from you and others regarding nothing to do with sorting out problems.
    Amy explained quite clearly that she was on this thread to help any customers that needed helping. And may I point out at this stage that since she made this offer there hasn't been a single complaint yet the pages seem to have filled up with everything but genuine complaints. Surely this in itself is proof that our company attracts very few complaints or the pages would have filled up very fast with people asking for assistance.
    You talk about Amy not answering questions yet you have been asked questions that you have not answered like for example. How does Amy coming onto this forum to try and help a customer , how does that prove a connection between the two companies?
    Amy then quite clearly asked you if you had bought a kitchen from Stilhaus Kitchens to which to replied that you would no more by a kitchen from vance miller than you would fly. But she asked you if you had bought a kitchen from stilhaus and not vance miller. So as you can see at this stage I think that Amy was correct to dismiss you as nothing more than a trouble maker. Something that none of us has any time for as we all have jobs to do
    Then you ask me why Amy would come onto a site like this to answer a customer of stilhaus kitchens complaint if this telephone number was not ours.Mr. Nan do I really need to answer such a stupid question? Let's look at what you are questioning here. Let's look at the situation. A customer of ours comes onto this thread to express that she is not happy with a product bought from our company and Amy who's job it is to sort such matters comes onto this thread to try and help this customer and you ask the question.Why would she do that? Mr. Nan perhaps I could answer that question for you. She came onto this forum to help a person that needed help. Amy was in a position to help and the person needed help. Can you now see what everyone else can see?
    So you have now come on this thread again in response to posts placed by members of our company and now you are saying that we are trying our best to make the company look good. Mr. Nan our mission is genuine and not just an attempt to make us look good. I am very glad that you can actually see that what we are doing is something that makes the company look good but please believe me when I say that we mean what we say and they are not just idle and empty words. If they were not sincere words then it would not take long before we were exposed as all it would take would be for one customer with a problem to come onto this thread and to ask for our help and for us not to live up to our words. Please ask yourself,would we really leave ourselves wide open to be proved wrong? Only time will tell when a genuine customer does come on here with a genuine complaint. Then you will witness for yourself what our response will be.Until then it would be appreciated if you could possibly reserve your judgement on us.     You then go on to ask why Amy would not mention in her posts that the 0161 number that this thread is in relation to is not ours. Mr. Nan . Why would Amy bother to get involved in what is our number and what is not our number? As explained by her she did not come onto this thread to get into the bickering of what is and what isn't. She came onto this thread to offer her assistance to a customer and to offer her assistance to any other customers that needed her help. She did not come on here to defend the company but to help customers. Can you please just accept this?
    Finally to answer the questions that you wanted answering most of all. I have worked at Stilhaus Kitchens since June of last year and I know nothing of Kitchens Uber. The company has always been called Stillhaus kitchens since I have worked here. I have also never in my life met the man vance miller. I would be a lier if I were to say that I have never heard of him as he is probably the most famous person that there has ever been in the industry and many people in the north of England speak of him .
    We are a Warrington based company and our showroom is in Warrington. I think that if vance miller was to be the owner of this company then I would have at least heard that this was the case from one of my colleagues and I have never heard such a thing.
    Nan you have now had your questions answered. Will this be the end of it? Will you now allow us to get on with our jobs of supplying kitchens and offering the best service that we can to our customers ? Or are you going to come back with more questions about things other than problems with your ?
    Mr. Nan if you know of anyone that has a problem with one of our kitchens then we will be more than happy to resolve any issues to the customers satisfaction and that is a promise that I can hand on heart make you but if you don't then with all respect please just go away and stop pestering us.

    Cutting through the verbiage of your long winded post, I would point out that we have only agreed on the doubtfulness of one negative post.  You seem to have ignored the number of positive posts marked as"Suspect" by "Site Admin."  With regard to   "Amy Marshall".  The post she was replying to was made on 15th December and her reply was on 4th December, which means she had not come across it by accident. The complainant posted on this number and "Amy Marshall" replied on this number.  She made no mention then or later that this was NOT the number for Stilhause Kitchens.  I am well aware of the Warrington number as it is full of fake positive posts, which is why it caught my attention.  Therefore, I am sorry to say, you have not explained why Stilhaus Kitchen employees are posting on a Kuitchens Uber telephone number if there is not a connection. I am sorry if you feel my posts are "troublesome" but sometimes getting to the truth can be "troublesome".

    Dear Nan . Of course Amy did not come across this thread by accident. She came across it she tells me because she googled the name of our company Stilhaus Kitchens and there this thread is on the first page of the search Stilhaus Kitchens.
    Yes I have explained in detail why Amy [ stilhaus kitchen employee ] is posting on this thread.
    I have now spent quite some time explaining things to you and I am afraid Nan that I am now going to have to just get on with my job as I cannot afford the time to keep going around in circles with you. This thread is becoming a jungle of irrelevant talk and is becoming difficult for any future readers to gather any information from. Please believe what you like as we are too busy to get any more involved with your questions that have nothing to do with why we are on here,which is to help our customers.

    And after all that you still managed to avoid Nan's questions. Is your company associated with Vance Miller...a simple 'yes' or 'no' will suffice here. There is nothing irrelevant with asking such a question - it will just help your potential customers make an informed decision about who they are dealing with. The more you evade this question, the more it looks like you do not wish to answer it - which only just increases the suspicion. Sorry that this activity may be time-consuming for you, but if you need to refer these questions to a member of your 'advertising/marketing' team who seem to spend all day every day endlessly spamming false testimonials onto other people's website, please feel free.

    He is also avoiding comment on the "Susperct" posts.  In addition, the post which "Amy Marshall" replied to did not mention . Stilhaus Kitchens and was on the Kitchens Uber/Cheap Kitchens/Rossendale Kitchens telephone number, but he has chosen to ignore that too.  As you say, an answer to the Vance Miller question would help people make an informed choice. but perhaps the lack of an answer tells us what we want to know.

    It seems that the point made earlier about you and Nan does have some truth to it....you ask a question, and if the answer is not what you want to hear, you simply keep repeating the question. It seems you are less interested in people having their problems solved than in massaging your own egos. Can you simply not accept that a genuine company is under a concerted attack from competitors on a number of forums and is genuinely trying to address and solve GENUINE customers problems on the very forums they are being attacked on?

    Hi Nan. You simply don't read the replies to your posts, do you? This question has also been answered. Amy found this post through googling Stilhaus kitchens, where it appears on the first page of the search as an apparent complaint. I presume that as it is her job to deal with as many GENUINE complaints as possible, she seems to have found it irrelevent whichever telephone number some one has posted a negative complaint about her company on, she simply seems to want to identify and sort out her customers problems, especially if they have decided to complain online before contacting the company. Your repeated (very questionable) assertions that this is a scam company may help people to believe they won't get satisfaction by contacting the company direct. You are really starting to come across as someone being paid to show this company in a negative light. What more can it do to show they are genuine?
