Hi Nan . Sorry pal but I think that you are bit out of your depth here and now starting to back pedal a bit. Don't worry my friend when you do finally admit that you are wrong then perhaps people will respect you for it. I'm afraid to say Nan that I agree with Aaron here. For a start you said that Amy Marshalls coamments confirmed that Uber Kitchens and Stilhaus were the same and that we now had the Vance Miller connection. Now that to me sounds like a definate. Now in your last post on this very same subject you try to suggest that you only tried to highlight that they seemed to be both part of the vance miller empire. You mention spot the difference. well how about spot the difference in your own comments. It either is or it may be. See what I mean when I say that you are a bit out of your depth here?
Then you suggest to Aaron that he has ignored one of your statements. Well that is the pot calling the kettle if ever I heard it. It is one thing to ignore a statement but a completely different thing to ignore direct questions and you my friend have completely ignored direct questions. I can only presume because you do not have the answers. Anyway lets give you the benefit of the doubt here and give you one more chance starting with the questions that I asked you previously.
    1. Have you bought a kitchen from Stilhaus Kitchens?
2.How does a customer services representative posting a comment which clearly showed that she was trying to help a customer. How does this prove that this company is linked to Vance Miller?
3.Why is it that within two hours or so of this customer services lady posting a comment that was trying to help a customer are you on this forum with negative comments regarding her concerns?
Ok so after you have ignored my questions once more then here are some statements that Aaron came out with that you completely ignored.
    1. 90% of the people on commenting on here have not bought a kitchen from Stilhaus Kitchens. I think that Aaron was being very conservative  there as its actually a lot more than 90%.
Now Aaron also questions your statement about people coming across this thread and entering a phone number but he explains that he just googled Stilhaus and came across this thread which was a point that was meant I think to suggest that you dont have to look up this forum and enter a telephone number to come across this forum. So your last comment about spot the difference seems to be rubbish and just an effort to detract from the purpose of both his points and my points. In other words you are just wittering on about anything except stilhaus kitchens.
Now what is a very interesting point is the following.
You say that Millers companies have left a trail of dissatisfied customers across the north of England and that he has been on watchdog. Please answer as best you can the following
IF MILLERS COMPANIES HAVE LEFT A TRAIL OF DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS ALL ACROSS THE NORTH OF ENGLAND AND HE HAS BEEN ON WATCHDOG THEN HOW ON EARTH CAN THIS COMPANY BE ANYTHING TO DO WITH HIM WHEN THERE IS ONLY ONE COMPLAINANT TO BE FOUND AND THAT CUSTOMER WAS NOT LEFT DISSATISFIED BUT WAS SENT A MESSAGE THAT THE COMPANY WAS EAGER TO RESOLVE ANY OUTSTANDING ISSUES? You see now its time for you to play SPOT THE DIFFERENCE.Come on Nan answer that one. Only one complainant about a company called stilhaus kitchens and you reckon that it is run by a man who leaves a trail of dissatisfied customers all over the north of England. Either this guy does not leave a trail of dissatisfied customer all over the north of England or this company with only one complaint is nothing to do with him. Or perhaps you have a better explanation. I am eager to hear it.
Then how about your comments on Aarons other points
    1. Stilhaus Kitchens only ask for payment after deliver. Now why would a man that leaves dissatisfied customers all over the north of England only ask for payment after you have inspected your purchase? Really would like your comments on that one please Nan
2.Why does this guy only charge half of what other kitchen companies charge for even their cheapest range and he throws in the fitting for free?
You also ignore many other points raised like the fact that the fact that they have only attracted one complaint must be a credit to them.
My summing up and not Aarons is that you know nothing what so ever about Stilhaus Kitchens and you have nothing better to do with your life but sit behind your computer looking in desperation for something to just say anything about. Go and get yourself a life Nan .There is a real world out there waiting for you. If you are going to continue to sit and wait for something to comment on then get yourself a chosen subject that you know more about because you know nothing of this one and are clearly out of your depth when competing with real customers and real potential customers of this kitchen company

Can you tell me the purpose of your long, long posts, under various aliases?  Sniping at me and talking semantics will not alter the fact that Kitchens Uber and Stilhaus Kitchens are part of the Vance Miller "empire".  If you were a genuine prospective customer of either of these companies your posts would make sense.  I mean really a prospective customer and not a shill.  Ask yourself whether someone who knows the history of Vance Miller's companies would buy from one of them and realise the stupidity of your first question.

Very interesting stuff this. Wow what a guy this Vance Miller is. I love the video where he catches the gypsys stealing from him, absolutely brilliant stuff, made me chuckle all evening, only wish that I had the guts to do that. Just google vance miller theiving tinkers in you want a laugh.
The documentary where he searches through China looking for cheap kitchens and buying granite mines and forests is true entrepeneuring at its best. If this guy would have been around 150 years ago he would have been queen Victorias chief explorer I'm sure of it.
Does anyone know if he sued the Trading Standards or Watchdog for all the lies they told about him or for the court case that trading standards lost against him ? The one were the head of trading standards was sacked straight after the trial? Would be interesting to know.
Thanks for the links Opijni.Great Stuff. The guys a legend

Yeah and these "the guys a legend" comments have also been doing the rounds on the various sites that have complaints logged against him and his companies. Yes I understand Trading Standards lost a court case against him, but that does not invalidate the number of people stating they have been ripped off by his various companies. The legal system has allowed crooks to slip through the net before....and so it persists. Surely if there was nothing dubious about his companies, why set up so many? Surely you would want to build on the supposed strength of your brand? Interestingly you fail to mention anything about the spamming techniques he (or his Indonesian Spam bot firm) deploys, but I guess you cannot defend the indefensible huh? I'm sure you'll give it a go though. He's just another wide-boy Mancunian with a big ego who rips off decent working people off and if that template of personality inspires you then it shows how impoverished your imagination is. But I guess if you are going to reach for the stars, you may as well make it the closest one in grasp.

Dear Opijni I can answer your question about whether or  not anyone in their right mind would trust this company and the answer is Yes of course they would and I already have done and I will give you the reasons why.
    1. The rep came around last night and sat with myself and my husband for two hours and drew a very nice plan for us. He had loads of ideas about buying double units instead of single because they were cheaper in the long run and then he came up with loads of money saving ideas about buying 60cm units rather than small ones as the company apparently charge the same for a single unit regardless of whether it's a 60cm or a 30cm. I actually told him that I didn't want all big doors and he went on to explain how I could put two 30cm doors onto a 60cm cupboard which would give me the same look but at half the price. He let me know about the appliance deals that they had on and the best one for me which resulted in me being able to buy an oven ,a gas hob and a glass extractor for £200. So this is my first reason for trusting this company.
2.His price for the whole kitchen with the appliances was £1150 and £650 to fit it. I had previously been quoted from a local joiner who was going to supply me a Howdens kitchen £3000 for the kitchen and £1500 to fit it. From B&Q I had been quoted £2900 for the kitchen and a staggering £2500 to fit it. From Magnet I had been quoted £6000 for the kitchen including fitting.
So this is my second reason for trusting them
3.Now the biggest reason by far why I trusted this company was the fact that I didn't have to trust them because he only asked me for £50 deposit and said that I could pay for the kitchen after it had arrived and that if there was anything that I wasn't happy with then I was within my rights to send it back and they would refund my £50 . He said that I was ok to pay for the fitting of my kitchen after everything was finished and I was happy with everything. Now how can that not be the actions of a trustworthy company? I can't see how I can possibly lose. All the other kitchen companies I got quotes from wanted the whole amount up front before delivery. They even wanted paying for the fitting upfront except the local joiner but he still wanted the £3000 upfront for the kitchen and half of the fitting cost £750 upfront. I really cannot see you points here as being genuine.
I have been reading the comments on here for the last few days but thought that I would leave my comments until I knew a little more about the company and now I feel that I know enough to comment. So there you have it . The answer to your question is YES SOMEONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD DEFINITELY TRUST THIS COMPANY AS THEIR IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO NOT TRUST THEM.Thank you

Hi Nan. Sorry it has took so long to get back to you but I am not an evening person as I get a bit tired early these days. Funny how not doing as much actually makes you more tired than doing a lot. Anyway back to Vance. I'm not sure about whether or not he has completely given up his UK companies or not but I do know that he still supplies many UK based kitchen companies and some large house builders with his kitchens which he manufactures inn his factory in China . I think that he concentrates more on his Asia side of the business nowadays though as that seems to be where it's all happening nowadays. There seems to be a lot of activity in the development projects out there and not much here at home from what I gather and Vance being Vance he will be concentrating where the activity is.
Still not sure whether he is behind or anything to do with Stilhaus Kitchens but you have got to admit Nan that if he is then it only goes to prove that he does run an honest and professional set up as I still don't see any unresolved complaints. Not one. So the lad must be doing something right would you not agree? OK perhaps you won't agree that easy but you have to look at the facts and stats Nan and they are that There are no outstanding complaints that we know of regarding Stilhaus Kitchens.
You say that you have heard Vance express his disdain for the people who have bought his kitchens and that it was sickening for you. Pardon my ignorance Nan but I'm not very familiar with the word disdain but it doesn't sound like it's a good thing and if it made you feel sick then I suppose it must be a bad thing. Are we talking about the same Vance Miller here as the Vance Miller that I know is a very honest and genuine person and I have never in my life heard him say a bad word against anyone and that really is the truth Nan. Even when Trading Standards were haunting him he just seemed to shrug it off and just let it go over his shoulders. He didn't stop to slander them but I suppose he was far too busy getting on with his job. OK don't get me completely wrong when I brought the subject up he didn't praise them either but there was no venom or anything like that and considering what they were trying to do to him you would have expected so. I also know that he is heavily involved in an orphanage in Uganda. He just isn't the type of person that would harm anyone and would go out of his way to help anyone that he could and that includes his customers. To give you another insight into him , when he was last living in the UK he was driving an old Honda CRV that I know for a fact was atleast five years old when he bought it from the auctions. What I am trying to say here is that he is just a really nice ,normal person that has no materialistic values at all. He even lives in a small lodge house inside a cemetery. He isn't the type of person to be going around speaking of his customers in a disdain way. unless of course the word means something totally different to what I am thinking. What did he say Nan?And to who did he say it?
Get back to me when ever you want Nan and I hope that we can keep up this topic as I feel that Vance is completely misunderstood and would like you to see him for what he really is and not for what is wrote .
    Thanks and talk soon,Savannah

It would seem that Vance Miller should have been awarded at least a knighthood in the Queens New Year Honours. Maybe the Pope could make him a Saint? I have a picture of Mr. Miller in my head, healing the sick and helping out in a Foodbank.............

Christ, just how unoriginal and predictable are you? Claiming Nan and I work for a rival kitchen company is ludicrous and laughable, just Google 'Nan' or 'Opijni' and 'whocallsme' and you can see we make many comments on this site relating to loan scams, PPI scams, business rating surveyors scams, fake 'Microsoft' PC support scams, you name it - we have commented on it. Your tactic is so transparent that you are just adding fuel to the fire.

Just one query.  This thread was started a couple of years ago as Kitchens Uber.  Are you therefore saying that Stilhaus Kitchens is the new name for Kitchens Uber?

Dear Nan. No I am not saying that at all. I am saying that if either yourself or anyone else has a problem with a kitchen supplied by Stilhaus Kitchens then I would like to hear about it as it is my job to sort out any problems with kitchens like a missing item or a damaged item.
Could I possibly ask you if you have an outstanding problem with a kitchen supplied by Stilhaus? If so then I am perfectly happy to resolve any issue that you may have.
Please let me know as a matter of urgency if you do have a problem with one of our kitchens and I can guarantee you that one of our remedial team can and will be sent out to see you immediately. Thank you and once more I assure you of my best intentions at all times, yours,Amy

I would no more buy a kitchen from any company connected with Vance Miller, than fly.  All I am asking, and it is very simple, is whether Stilhause is the new name for Kitchens Uber.  As the number you and I are posting on was originally relating to Kitchens Uber and is now relating to Stillhouse, that seems a likely conclusion.   Is it a secret?

Ah, the good old site admin has deemed some of these long lengthy glowing testimonials as being 'suspect' - the same has happened on the other thread on here relating to this company. I suppose the site admin will be accused of being in cahoots with a rival kitchen firm next.

Ar last.  Interesting which posts have been marked, both on here and the other site.  The "Suspect" stamp is much preferable to just removing the offending post and the answers to it as it is still possible to see what the "Suspect" posts are about and why they arebeing challenged.
