i got the same job interview tomorrow jus looking at reviews and i think its a waste of time. i aint going F it!

Thanks saved me a wasted journey to Angel, for YFR. I received the call from "Jade Kay", for a job I have not applied for.

I have just received an email from Jade from YFR too....
I was really excited to hear from a job as I've applied to so many recently but couldn't remember applying to YFR but told myself, a job is job right?
After reading all these reviews, I will keep my behind at home tomorrow instead of wasting my time going to Angel.

all I read here is lazy lazy lazy there is alot of people out there that make alot of money with OTE. Not all companies are the same and until you have gone out there and had a go, who are you to judge and if you don't like it then thats fine but I think its such a shame that you all feel the need to go and put others off.

Thank you guys for these posting here you have saved my day. I need work desperately and at the same time I am also keen to use my time wisely and save the little train fare it would have cost for a trip to Angel AND this posting have just managed to save my train fare and time.  I have just been called for a interview @ YFR Ltd which I have no recollection of applying to anyway I started doing a company search in preparation of the interview and I ended up here. After reading the numerous posting here I have decided not to go for the interview today since no additional information was provided by the caller anyway here is a copy of my email invite following my one telephone conversation with Jade pls see below which seems to be matching what most commentors have said here:

Hi,
I am pleased to confirm your Interview with us tomorrow, Friday at 11.30 (October 2012) with the Managing Director ( NB: no name of the interviewing director was provided).

The address is just below and if you visit Google maps online and type in "angel station" to "N1 9LL" it will tell you where to go.
When you come out of the station across the road you will see a HSBC bank
which is on 'White Lion Street' follow that road up to the end which is about a 3 minute walk and you will see Our office directly opposite a pub called the 'hobgoblin'. We have marble flooring outside the office and there is a buzzer which says YFR LTD on it press that and walk up to the second floor where you will find our office.

I look forward to meeting you.

How do you think these people get your CV's?? You must be responding to their adverts?

OTE are great all you need to do is work for them I agree its not easy but you can make alot of money, most of the time earning more money than you are now being on the dole.

Think its funny how everyone talks about how theres no work out there yes you lot are given the chance to work and you are just too lazy.

Am at YFR angel London. Everyone seems busy and a women who sent the email is sitting on reception - clueless.

- All candidates seem desperate and most of them can't speak English
- consultants look professional and well dressed but running around like headless chicken.
- I can hear music from one of the rooms, sounds like x factor auditions lol :)

Stay clear from this company, preying on young desperate people.

i have an interview with YFR on monday at 10am in Angel. lucky for me i found this site so im not going to be wasting my time. got much more important things to do

I've been working for a while there. I lost more money then earned. Yes, it is a commission based and you won't get any basic salary. You will start work from 09.00 (usually you will be asked to come much early) and come back home at 23.00 or even later. Monday - Saturday. All your time you will spend knocking fc doors. Main problem is the product (loft and wall insulation). You get 30 - 40 pounds from one house if you make a deal. 2-5 houses out of 100 are without insulation. Even if you make a deal with a home owner, you still might not get paid if other company that makes insulation will cancel the deal. You have to make sure that the house can be insulated. There are regulations, standards and etc. Funniest thing that I have never got a product training working there for over a month. I had to ask other people about regulations and etc. Also you need to wear nice black shoes, pans, T-shirts. And with all these nice, clean clothes you have to check lofts, knock doors in the rain, heat.. If someone expects to make easy money - good luck. Been there done that. You need to be experienced to work that type of job. It's very difficult.
Now I am working in ordinary job (8 hour shift) and earning much more.

YFR is not like the company you are talking about and work alot less hours and get paid well
