- whistleblower replies to ObserverThat doesnt excuse blatantly ripping people off though does it!? However in this country us legitimate british may seem soft, vulnerable and push overs... however given time you will be brought to justice and likely have to give all the money back or face prison.
Redress Claims are shameless cowboys! Its very appropriate that they are based in Bradford, where most of the scum breed from. - FYI replies to wantitback| 1 replyI assure you its highly unlikely you'll receive any money back. Its a scam!
Just try speaking to them and you'll likely get nowhere. Just be greatful it was only hundreds of pounds that you have lost- some people have lost thousands to this motley crue! Obviously reporting them will possibly add weight to getting your money back, but I would suspect that this gang of scum bags will soon disappear into the fog only to emerge under a different guise. Good luck. - wantitback@whistleblower - where you from then??????

- Jan replies to Sammy| 1 replyI agree with everything said here. They are totally immoral and I have beenfighting with them for a year. The Ministry of Justice seem powerless to act. I have taken them to small claims court, they told me they intend to defend the action. Lets stick together and stop these criminals making a living on the misery of others. I am currently speaking to which legal services. To get a copy of your phone call with them you have to send £10 and ask for a copy of the tape under the subject access agreement of the data protection act section7. The penalties for non compliance are very severe and then you will have the evidence of the lies you have been told. My next course of action is to see my MP and to try and interest a national newspaper. Has anyone tried the Office of Fair Trading? If anyone wants to email me you can do so on janet-paul@hotmail.com. Its good to know I am not alone!
- wantitback replies to JanJan - will be interested to know how you got on.
- MollyI don't know this person and why would I work for a company that blatently ripped me off? I would have to commute over 100 miles daily to work in bradford too. Whoever you are you definitely dont have the brains of a detective. But that's probably why you work for redress claims. Lmao
- jeeperscreepersFlippin eck - there appears to be a few very disparaging comments on here - close to being libellous I would imagine!
Doesn't excuse the behaviour of companies i might add! - GraceThe MOS cannot be that powerless as it is a known fact that they have several strikes against this amateur company. One of them is that they are now prohibited to take credit card payments from anyone. If anyone has been subject to this they need to report them as they are definitely breaking the law with this strike against them. What niggles me is the fact they are still trading regardless of these restrictions. One is inclined to believe that this company will not be trading for much longer. Keep reporting them and exposing the truth as it is only way to stop them and help protect the decent law abiding citizen.

- Gary Jones replies to molly| 4 repliesI got caught out last year by Redress Claims. They took over £600 from my credit card to try and win back my PPI said if they couldn't I would get my money back in 3 months. Here I am a year later and they won't take my calls. Keep telling me my case is with the Head of Legal!!! I've tried emailing the complaints dept. but no joy. I think I'm gonna have to kiss goodbye to my money I'm livid
- Grace replies to Gary Jones| 3 repliesYou certainly do not have to kiss goodbye to your money. This company is no longer allowed to take credit card payments. This strike has been issued by the MInistry of justice so it must have been proven that they have acted unlawfully. You must take this further and make them pay back your money. What they have done to you is illegal. Please do not let them win. Report them to trading standards and the MOJ and seek legal advice. It's clear you are not alone so fight them while they are still a trading company. Soon they will go into default and you will have no chance of getting it back. Then they will set up under another name and continue with their unlawful ways. Companies like this do this always do. Please don't be another one of their victims!
- a replies to SammyThanks for helping the innocent people. God bless you.
- whistle blower replies to Grace| 1 replyThey (Redress Claims- Bradford) were featured on he BBC programme 'Dont get done, get Dom' on 25th April 2012. The whole programme was pretty much centered on Redress Claims (Namman Hussain) misleading customers to obtain money from their bank cards. They did their best to wriggle out of it, but I think when they realised it was a BBC TV company investigating them, they eventually buckled and refunded two people their money (one elderly lady was owed over £2K!!) However there must be litterely thousands of people who will have been scammed by this Redress Claims that wont see a single penny returned. The lesson to be learnt here is dont get involved with Asians. Thats not being racist, thats being very wise.
- Grace replies to whistle blowerI have just watched it on catch up tv. I agree there must be thousands of people in the same boat. It's obvious that they do not record their calls either. Absolutely dispicable company!!! I still urge their unfortunate victims to keep fighting them though. I'm sure the programme will get a lot of response from many more extremely disatisfied customers that have been misleaded by them. I do not believe we have seen the last of this company being featured on this programme.
- prong replies to Sammy| 1 replyhi,im 800 quid down to these low lifes but im willing to do what it takes, who the hell is protecting us from this happening, there must be something you can do.
- Diane r replies to prongI have also been a victim of redressclaims I left my phone number several times , filled in forms on the computer, emailed them and wrote to them ,I have just sent a recorded delivery letter to them .They owe me over £1,300. I am a pensioner and I can ill afford this money. I have been in touch with the ministry of justice complaints department, at least they had the decency to reply!! I can no longer get in touch with redress claims by phone, they keep telling me all agents are busy, then you get a message telling you to email them when you do they do not answer!!!
- lorna hamiltonOMG> I have just logged into your site by accident trying to get my money back from redress claims and imagine my shock. no wonder these people are not in their own country with this scam, they would be dissected by their own government. i have reported my case to action fraud and about to make my bank aware of whats happened. no wonder there is so much raceism in this country. by the way i,m in scotland and not a happy bunny!!!!!!!!! question? is our government as crooked as redress that nothing has been done????? just a thought. My heart goes out to all who have been scammed but am a firm believer in what goes around comes around. good luck in your endevour.

- PaulI've been scammed too, just got a phone bill for a £103 for a 12 hour call to 01273 312211. Called the number to find out it was owned by Danemere-street telecoms. Only problem is, my phone lines been broken for months so no-one can make outgoing calls.
Called Virgin to dispute the bill and customer service rep suggested I phoned this number and left the phone off the hook all day afterwards, running up the bill.....
Thanks for posting all these complaints, now I know whats going on I will be chasing Virgin for a refund until I get it.- Caller: Danemere street telecoms
