Just had a call from this number asked for me by name and then asked if my broadband was working ok
when I got a strop on with the Indian guy name of Michael he said they would not help me if it went wrong again and I should get education for my manners the cheeky little git I told him we would cancel with Virgin then and get another provider then I said good bye and hung up am still as mad as a junk yard dog
feel like ripping his head off and [***] down his neck.

I have received two calls this afternoon from 07024122123. Foreign sounding gent said he was called Tony Parker and was with the technical department at BT. He knew my name and asked about my BT phoneline and broadband. I don't have BT broadband and realised that this was some sort of scam. When I asked to speak with his supervisor the line went dead.

I got a call from this number twice - an indian sounding gentleman who wanted to help me claim all my credit card charges, unenforceable credit agreements and any payment protection insurances or missold endowments/mortgages I had taken prior to April 2007. I played along to find out who they were and eventually he said I must be passed to a 'supervisor' to find out more. I am taking an educated guess (as a debt adviser myself) that this phone number is a 'lead generating' company working off shore. When they think they have someone's interest they will put you through to a 'claims company' or 'ambulance chasers' who will then try and get you to sign up for a claim on any consumer credit agreements you have or have had.

I have just had a call from this number, they said they were from BT and wanted to know if my broadband was okay, which made me suspicious.  They then wanted me to pay a registration fee for unlimited technical support on my four computers (how they got four computers I don't know I think they were guessing), and 9 years worth of free anti-virus software.  When I said I wasn't interested they hung up.  I have reported this to BT.

Just got call from this number @9.20pm said from reclean depatrement and looking for Mr. Michael, i said nobody in this house with the name Michael and ask to delete from his system, but this Indian try to fake polite with me (i konow he going to ask my detail) and before that i said bye bye!.

had call from this number whilst out, it went to answer phone but no message left. Will pass it onto call prevention registry for action. other avenues open are to report this number to ombudsman.

i recievied acall from this number and i`m concern about the person who talked to me.

I was called by someone at this number 07024122123 trying to sell me internet security for £96 I explained I am not up for spending anything the call was abusive I was told to act like a man, all this and they contacted me I didn't ask for it,  all very unpleasant.

I had a call from them, they claimed to be Sky Broadband with concerns that my line was not working correctly. The Indian gentleman hung up on me when i assured him it was working fine.

I have had a number of calls from this number and on the first occasion I was taken in.  They said they were from BT and would speed up my Broad Band if I downloaded a file.  This I did and I now have difficulty in booting up as I think they have sent me a virus!  Surely Damier St at Petersfield should be held responsible since they hire out these numbers it would appear.

i got a call from this number and her was sayin that he can make my internet faster and that is wouldnt cost anything and then because i said i wasnt interested he said that he was going to disconnect my internet , he was also very rude to me and started swearing at me when i refused what he was offering , is it a con ?

I got a call from this number by an indian woman claiming they had detected a virus on my computer.  I have a great deal of knoledge about computer security and am aware of this scam.  I told her she was lying and she said that she could prove it to me.  I got anoyed and became abusive so she hung up.  I think she would have tried to get me to download the virus

my gran got a call from this number a few days ago from an indian sounding male (or a male putting on the accent as my gran thinks) and he started the conversation saying 'you will be receiving a cheque in the next few days...' before my gran told him she wasn't interested and hung up. I googled it and found this site! My gran has TPS so how they have her num I don't know. unless they just punch a num into their phone and hope for the best?!

Received two phone calls from this number, but the first time they withheld the number. 1st call they called themselves BT and said that we owed them £5.50 for an unknown bill. My mum ended up giving her details but when the guy realised there wasn't any money in her account he got pushy and asked her if she had any savings!!!!
A week later another man with an indian accent said that our pc had a virus in it and my dad answered and told him where to go :D

i just had a call from 07024 123123 and he said he was Peter Jones acting on behalf of the ministry of justice....and he could get back charges from credit cards, loans & mortgage taken out before April 2007......after he realised he couldnt get anywhere, he eventually finished the call by saying - "you are an expert....a [***] legal expert" !!!!!!! then hung up ......i tried to call him back to fidn out where the hell they had got my details from & also to report him, but it came up as a number that doesnt exist !!!! how can thisw be....he just rang me from it !

had call from 070241221213 tonight first spoke to my wife she then hung up and they rang back , She hung up again , and they rang back again ,so i spoke to them, told me they were working with the ministry of justice and they could get any ppi we had paid on loans and credit cards told him no thank you but he still persisted so i hung up , he then rang back again i asked for name which he said was raymond taylor but he had an asian accent ,i then asked for his company name which he said was clay expert when i asked for his companies house registration number he said he was not authorised to give that out , it is standard policy for any bonified company to give this number, search for them on companies house shows don,t exist .reported to police. SUGGESTION HAVE A WHISTLE BY THE PHONE NEXT TIME THEY RING BLOW IT DOWN THE PHONE.

I had the very same number call me today, asked me about my internet connection, did I have wireless and when I said yes, told me I had a virus and this is why my broadband was slow, I told them my broadband was ok and this guy ignored me and kept saying you have a virus, thats why your broadband was slow, he said goodbye and hung up obviously I was giving him no joy LOL

this number 07024 122123 called me today 2/6/10 at 3.30 and although i answered we could not communicate, they seemed to know my land line and names too ? Julius

I had a call on Friday from this number, if I had a credit card issued before 2007 they could reclaim the outstanding balance, reclaim the insurance and get me a substantial amount of compensation.  They had my name & address (roughly correct) and asked me to confirm my date of birth (which I wouldn't give), they also said they wanted a cheque for £1 to show the bank to prove they were acting on my behalf.  They also wanted to know the name of the bank I had the credit card with.  Actually, I don't use credit cards, I was trying to finger out where the scam was - £1 cheque & my dob I'm assuming would give them the missing details to access my accounts.  I hung up but got another call today, when I said I wasn't interested & that I'd already spoken to them - the guy started bombarding me with 'are we trying to sell you something?' are we asking you for money?' rapidly changing his tone, I hung up.

I had a call from 014077052616. I didn't answer but googled the number and it is the same company-- Danemere Street Creative--sounds very creative to me!!
