i beg to differ they are not a reputable company they have ripped me off ,i was told there was no fee you have to look hard in the small print to find out the fee ,i know a lady who worked for them for a while,she had to leave as she said she was ashamed of  the job she was doing ,and yes some of the people are very rude and think nothing of bullying people ,i cant sleep because of this im 50 years old and dont get into debt but they have put me in debt .JUST THINK WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO OLD  PEOPLE ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

Hi molly dont be fooled by this company, they will threaten you with all sorts, they are just bullies let them take you to the small courts but they wont as the judge would laugh at the way the conduct business, another way is to name and shame them through seeing your MP,and inform him/she how they operate, inform them to write to their regulator The Ministry Of Justice, its only a matter of time before the will be put under pressure to do something, as at the moment its legal fraud regards

hi kash, just found this website. it appears they said they could get your mortgage charges back, beware!!!! these companies will exagerate the figures and the circumstances around your mortgage application. I read this week where one such broker had claims made against him and he is now suing his former clients for mis-representation of the facts; deffamation of character - the clients were encouraged to make the claim by a company such as redress, the clients potentially are looking at being homeless

They are Redress Claims. I have fallen fowl of these people. So far they have taken over £3K on two credit cards. Despite writing within 14 days saying I didn't want to proceed and following up with several calls and e-mails, I haven't received a penny back. It has been weeks now and I want to know if I can do anything i.e. contact credit card company to get refund or report them.

I have lost thousands of pounds to Redress Claims.

I've contacted them repeatedly but they won't reply.

I managed to get the details of the Manager of Redress Claims, Naman Hussain from one of his staff. His email is n.hussain@rfmgroup.co.uk and phone is 07968 136766. I have emailed and phoned him over 20 times in the last several months, but he's not shown me the courtesy to reply to a single email or phone message. He picked up the phone a couple of times and said, "I'll call you back in a few minutes and never did" :(

Because the Redress Claims brand has been ruined (search for their name online), Naman Hussain is now using another brand to fiddle other people out of money.

This is a warning to ANYONE being contacted by this gang Redress Claims.
Under no circumstances whatsoever deal with these people. They WILL rip you off and on a huge scale!!!
They will call you claiming that they can reclaim on your behalf thousands of pounds in fees, payment protection insurance, charges and (as they call it) UCA's- unenforceable credit agreements. The person speaking to you on the phone from Redress Claims will state that there is no upfront fee for this service and only a possible small fee due in the event that some compensation can be claimed back from your creditor/ bank/ financial company etc.
However, the reality is that once Redress Claims have obtained your personal financial details- such as credit or debit account card number, they will then (without your consent or knowledge) take from your account or credit card thousands of pounds (yes- thousands!). They will not inform you about this and will simply leave it for you to discover that the money has been taken (stolen!) from your account.
You will then hear little if anything from this company for the foreseeable future, and in the event that they do manage (no guarantee that they will be succesful or any compensation be due to you) to gain some money back from a bank for example, they will then bill you for a large percentage (on top!!) of the initial fee they debited from you in the first place.
If you do not adhere to any further charges from Redress, they will take you to court and apply you with exorbitant charges themselves along with threatening and abusive phone calls.
The company is run by an Asian family based at Thornbury in Bradford. They have had a great deal of success misleading and tricking people into being forthcoming with their financial details, which in turn they will then help themselves to your money. The Porsche and Ferraris parked outside their building is an indication to the scale of money these people are stealing.
They also operate under a few different names; PPI Advice Line and Money Made Simple.
AVOID REDRESS CLAIMS AT ALL COSTS!!!

The Naman Hussain guy is one of two brothers that own the company Redress Claims. He (if you like) is the brains behind the (scam) operation. The other brother is called Atif, and he's the younger, smaller arrogant loud mouthed one. He does little work at the place apart from hanging on to his brother’s shirt tails or driving around Bradford in his Ferrari. Absolute criminals the pair of them!!!
I think their are other family members that work there, but in lesser more low-key roles. There is also a rather unsavory and unscrupulous solicitor who is based in the office with them. He apparently handles the legal side of things for Redress Claims. Its questionable if this man is still registered as some form of legal expert as he appears to have the demeanour and morals of a sewer rat.

They have a work force of over a hundred and the majority of which just man the phones and cold call people in the hope of obtaining debit and credit details to steal money. They are based on an industrial estate in Thornbury in Bradford, close to the cinema complex. The company Redress Claims is made up of several offices- with different named companies operating out from under Redress Claims. There is a debt management part called Money Made Simple, along with another claims company called the PPI Advice Line. There is also a Home Insurance side (based on the top floor) that is the latest addition. As you would imagine each company operating out of this building denies any link or knowledge of the other but they are all ran by the same family.

How this family has not been imprisoned for what they are doing is a mystery. They appear (at present) to operate with complete impunity and have stolen hundreds of thousands of pounds from people unfortunate enough to become involved with them.

It is highly unlikely you will manage to get your money back from this gang of Asian criminals.

I have also been scammed by Redress Claims, I contacted the Ministry of Justice who gave me advise, I followed the advise and actually had a phone call from Redress saying I could have my money back - I have never received it despite several e-mails and phone calls. The ministry of Justice have now told me to get my credit card company involved under section 75. How can the Ministry of Justice allow this company to carry on trading.

They are ripping off people young and old but the latter is the most at risk to be honest. I have worked for this ruthless family a of scammers and ppi advice line and redress claims is the same company run by a family of asian Sikhs. The company legal representative Connor Fitzpatrick-Byrne (an old irish sleaze bag) represents both ppi advice line and redress claims and his team deals with all the claims sent to the financial ombudsman. He is as bent as a nine bob note and this is the reason he works for redress claims. No decent law professional would sink low enough to do it. I believe his skills are pretty low standard and he would struggle to find work within a reputable company. I will be exposing each and everyone of them very soon to prevent them from continuing their work. Please keep reporting them and sharing your stories. Report them to the ministry of justice, to trading standards, consumer programmes such as Watchdog and in some cases the police.I'm sure we can all work together on this and finally bring them to justice. I am doing this because I care and I have seen the damage they have done to the decent, honest and law abiding citizen. Something none of them know nothing about.

Read your posting and fully agree. I am also fully conversant with whats going on with Redress Claims and who they are. The two brothers who run the scam are becoming twitchy with the attention. Likley feeling the pressure and knowing they are running out of luck. Just to give you the heads up they are trying to find who it is who's reporting them. They are dodgy asians- operate with caution!

It makes no difference to me whether they find out or not. I speak the truth and I am not scared of their bullying tactics one little bit. This is the tactic they rely on most to scare the public into paying their fees. I will do all I can to bring this totally unprofessional company to justice. They need stopping and they need stopping now!

If you are genuine then I am more than happy to meet with you but how can I be sure you have no connections with Redress? I am currently reporting all I know to Watchdog and I know this company is capable of violence against previous employees that have tried to expose them. On one occassion they humiliated and ganged up on a former employee and assaulted him. So if anything happens to me the authorities will know exactly where to point the blame. They have no morals and they are evil to the core!

It appears that 'Molly' or should I say melissa Davies has an axe to grind with this company. It is interesting when she speaks of bullying tactics becasue while contracted to work there she threw papers all over a colleagues desk simply because she was given some work to do.

Hmmmmm I would love to know more about these people - seems I to may have been conned out of hundreds of pounds and would like to see these people sorted out! If anyone is genuine about this then please let me know!
