Got a call today from 07049 210936 and I'm ex-directory!

They rang off after 3 rings. They are obviously scumbag scammers so don't ever ring them back.

had the number on my bill, I've never called it and it's charged me. I think it's a scam and I need to find out how to block it and get a refund.

I received a call from 07049210939 at 11.37 this morning.   Same format as usual.  My huband, who hasn't been well recently, was out and it sounded like him in distress.   Tried ringing him on his mobile but it was switched off so I was very worried until he returned home safely.

Just received a call from 07047 205924 didn't get to answer but immediately had a "Number Unavailable" straight after.  I could not understand the lady trying to phone on behalf of a Company but I asked her if she had just tried to phone on the above number and the phone went dead.

MO:   Feint call on 'scratchy line  "Hello. Hello.  Is  that you?"  Call dropped as soon as I spoke.

The phone rang - a man's voice said "Can you hear me? Hallo?  Can you hear me okay?" then came a message along the lines of this feature not being available on this service, please hang up (this was a woman's voice, like a recorded message).  Being of a suspicious nature, I rang 1471 and made a note of the number, then searched for it online.  The number was 07049 210249.

07049 210 913 rang me today on my business mobile. I was in the middle of a stripping a machine so didn't pick it up. No message left and as I didn't recognise the number I Googled my way here!

same as everyone else got a call last night from 07049210728 didnt get to the phone in time and it rang off , i called it back an a message said ' we are closed now our opening hours are such and such ' , i wish i had called it back so many time lol . Hey but now i know for next time

These 070 numbers are not mobile numbers, they are a type of premium rate number.  Your Network take a share of your money before passing the rest on to the company that owns the numbers.  These types of fraud generate millions for the Networks.  That is why Ofcom turns a blind eye.

PhonepayPlus continue to ignore and turn a blind eye

I have also had two calls in succession from 07049205222 and 04447049205147  where a well spoken male caller says "hello can you hear me" and after I confirm that I can he again says "can you hear me now" the the line is disconnected and a female voice says "please hang up", so I did and obtained the above numbers fro 1471.     I have spoken to my telephone company who have not heard of this yet but have noted all the details on my account in case a charge appears on my next bill and they say the if it does to call them again

My wife has received 3 calls from 07049210676, taking a similar pattern to other accounts previously mentioned above. Unhappily for us, the caller sounds like our son.

Very worrying initially and now very annoying.

Phone just rang twice, and when I 1471'd it, it came up with 07049 210427. Thinking it was my mother-in-law's mobile, we called back and got a recorded message saying "We aren't available to take your call. This sales office is open between the hours of..." with no mention of who the [***] they actually were. So, a spot of googling and, what do you know, we seem to have just been mugged by some anonymous [***].

I just had a distressed man saying "hello hello, can you hear me? Hello hello and then went to a pre recorded message saying the line has been cut off beep beep.

lots of 0704 numbers belong to hospedia and pateintline etc these 0704 numbers are from the phones used at hospital bedsides
i've had many calls from them when family have been in hospital and are genuine
check it out google hospedia 0704 yes there premium rate to ring back but they are from hospital bedside phones

Missed call from 07094210773 yesterday. Only checked phone today. Didn't recognise number so haven't bothered to call back. Reading the posts on here, I'll not be bothering to either!

Missed calls from 07049210620 and I called the number back, each time it was a ladies voice on an answering machine saying they are unavailable, just got my phone bill and it cost me 74 pence each time I tried to call them back, DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AS ITS A SCAM.
