You try and clear you credit card a lot quicker by not paying any interest, and switching to (you would think) a better card provider but you get silly phone calls all times of the day and night. Not very happy, I'm thinking i may cancel my Virgin Credit Card????

I had a call today claiming to be calling on behalf of Natwest to give me personal injuries and health cover.

I've just got a virgin credit card too !!! Hmm, they've already sent me more bumf than I care to mention now this - nice !

Call rings then hangs up.

I get various calls from different numbers including this one, I just have fun with them, put on different accents and pretend im mad. Last time they asked if i had credit cards etc, I made out that i was senile and asking if they wanted to speak to my nurse! The bloke got very frustrated and passed me on to someone else, 5 minutes later he did the same putting his supervisor on.  I carried on being "mad" till he eventually hung up on me!!  

Join in the how fast can i make them hang up game!!  Aswell as being highly amusing it also costs them money!!!!!

I tried calling Stellar as recommended above on:

01294 225 300

And was answered, like others, by an apologetic lady who said I'd be removed and have no more problems after 24hrs. As others haven't said this hasn't worked, fingers crossed!

I'm sick of calls from these people, whoever they are.
Up to 4 calls a day.  They're now listed on my phone and the answer phone does the rest, but they never leave a message.

Fed up with this number. I get a call, upon answering it is silent. I hang up and do 1471 only to find they are still connected. So effectively they are blocking my phone line only for a short time but it's damm annoying.

Over the last week I have been getting calls from 08000191773 and I have phoned them back to get them to take my number off their list. I also mentioned that if I get another call from them I will put my computer fax machine to dial every minute for 24 hours while I am away to there free phone number 08000322320 I repeat 08000322320 where an operator is on the end of the line. Lets see them with a big bill and customer complaints that they can't get through on their line.

I also received silent phone calls from this number.  I went on to the telephoe preference website who advise you to call another number forsomething called Silent Callguard which helps to reduce these types of calls the number is 0870 444 3969.  Worth a try I suppose!

I have just received a call from these people, the first to not go dead after I pick the receiver up.

Some girl called Tracy, mentioned earlier.

As it was for someone else, she said it was a personal business call but nothing important - no sh*t!

Have also recently applied for a virgin credit card and ticked the boxes to state that I did not want my personal details passed to a third party yet still receive 4 silent phone calls per day from Stellar UK.  Emailed Virgin who told me that they are now investigating this.  I have also emailed BBCs Watchdog, maybe more people should do this and they might do something about it.

Got a series of calls from 08000191773 throughout yesterday, but phone was on silent...right up to 8.30pm these calls were comming in! ...any ideas who?

They have been calling me everyday for the past 2 weeks, always at the same time in between 2 - 3pm i dont answer but its really irritating me now!

I have recently been gettin these calls but never pick up because I am at work. I am unlisted however so should not be receiving them at all.

i received call from this number at 13.05 everyday.  however, i was sleeping all the time at that time so I did not answer the phone. at first I thought it was my university, I called back and it turned to auto answer said I missed a call from xx uk(I could not get what xx is for 4 times...). And they well call back %^&*(...

What it is????  How can I be off from the list???

get calls at least 5 times a day from this number whats their game.

can anyone think of a call to them that would let them get the message. Jam their switchboard for a couple of hours or something.
