i had a call from this number today at 13.18 saying i had over paid on a credit agrement and was owed £1500 he then asked who the credit agreement was from and when i said "if you know i am due refund you should no who its from" got irritated and i hung up.IN THIS TIME OF HARDSHIP  WATCH WHAT YOU ARE DOING..IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBOBLY IS...

I had two calls where there was noone at the other end (autodialler) so I rang them. The girl I spoke to was clearly eastern, and there was a lot of noise in the background. She was helpful, confirmed who she was, and who she represented (claims advisory) and seemed genuinely apologetic about the calls (to my work issued mobile phone, no idea where they get that from). I asked her to remove my details from the marketing database which she said she would do, but I wont hold my breath. Still she didnt hang up on me, so that was something.....

like everyone else, I've been getting aggressive cold calls from Claims Advisory Group on this number.  I've reported them to the regulator, here https://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/index.aspx and I would encourage others to do so too.

i get called from this number every week now usually they hang up but today they spoke new my full name and said i could get £1500 back if i fill in thier info that will come through the post, i like to have fun with these folk so kept them talking for a while they didnt nkow owt about me apart from the number and name thay said id taken a loan out (after i told them) and i could recieve compensation when a finally said if you have all the info just post it me she got abit arsy so i said bye

Recieved call to my mobile  today from 0800986018  man with Indian accent ,and alot of background noise, said he was from claims advisory and wanted to speak to me about money i was owed from insurance protection over payments. Told him i was not entitled to any and hung up.

Wasnt Talk Talk for me, trying to get me to make a claim to get charges back, he asked for me by my maiden name, told him that i'd died and he still wanted to talk to me!! said he was a waste of space and hung up!!!

caller said I am owed £1500 overpaid on loans I had – they new my name but could have bought my name and mobile no off the internet – started talking about claiming against loan companies for miss-selling, well 1- no rep co would cold call. 2 – this could be a scam to get your finance details to either strip your accounts or take out false loans. I always say if you know who I am and are genuine put your stuff in the post, as you must have my address – they then usually hang up – like this one did.

Got a phone call today from 08009886016, saying he was Chris from CHE regarding my £1,500 refund. Told him to go away (not quite what i said ) then hung up. He tried to call me back a second time but i did not answer,

Missed 3 calls in 2 days on my Pay as You Go mobile from 08009886018 so I Googled the number as I didn't recognise it.  After seeing the other messages I will continue to ignore them. I only ever answer numbers I recognise.

They ring me every day sometimes 3/4 times a day waffling on about my ppi. Wish they would Bugger off

got a call on my mobile 3 times today each time i answered they hung up, called back from home and left message before reading this.

Had 2 calls from this number today claiming i was owed £1500 from an bank loan or car finance overpayment, they have been ringing my mobile number for around 2-3 months claiming i have made over payments,    BEWARE

Do not call them back - they make money out of your return call.

Report them to OFCOM as harrassing you.

recieved a call from this number, asian male saying he was from Claims Advisory Group today at 17.12. Office background noise/call centre noise. He said i was entitled to compensation on a loan that i was miss sold and that i could recieve £1500 (based on previous claims being settled) he knew my name, my address and number (obviously!)
to my knowledge i've never had a loan, didn't tell him that straight away, i kept asking questions to figure out who they were and what they were trying to get out of me, more importantly how they got my information. all i got was i could call their complaints line (wonder how much that will cost!!!!) i asked if they could transfer me internally......."sorry, that's not possible sir" at least he was polite!!!

some people were miss sold protection plans for credit cards or loans.....these extra cost can be reclaimed.....but you can do it yourself.!!!!!

at least it kept me busy for a little while.

This number is the Claims Advisory Service who buy names & numbers from someone called Aspire apparently.

This 08009886018 called my cell phone twice.  Today is the second time, saying the same thing telling me there is GB1000.00 waiting for me to claim back due to loan I have.  I told him (1st call) and her (today at 6.13pm - 14/04/2011) not to call again as I don't have any loan.  They both spoke with an accent - not from the UK that is for sure.  I know it is a scam hope no one will fall into it, especially at this economy.

I just had a call from this number saying they were from Claims Direct (or Claims something, not TalkTalk anyway!) about a payment protection insurance refund that I haven't made!!

I am receiving 2 - 3 calls per day from this number; the furthest i have got is to respond 'speaking' when the caller asks to speak to me.  I can hear call centre activity in the background; really sick of this now!

Have missed 5 calls from this co in last week alone, will now not ever answer tto this number!! THANKS
