A guy called me using this number but was answered by my boyfriend. The guy asked when will I be back but I switched off my phone after that as I was busy studying. Lucky me. I thought my bank was calling me so I googled this number and imagine how astonished I was when I stumbled upon this website. Wow..what a scam!!

I just received a call from this number and as I answered it, the line went dead. I'm also registered with the TPS. I have agreed to take Debenhams Store Credit Card last week. I'm too wondering whether or not the credit company the card is with have passed on my details, or the store (as someone has mentioned above). Any ways, it was worthwhile to search on the google and find this site. Do these comments get reported anywhere?

Just got another call from them today - they called my yesterday afternoon. Didn't answer it and no voicemail left.
This is gonna get really annoying if they keep ringing me!
How do I block this number?

Within the last half-hour, received two calls by this number, did not bother answering. They don't leave any message on voice mail. Probably another scam, as soon as you answer, it probably cost you very heavily.

Tried to trace owner of number via OFCOM, TPS who are both useless and toothless eventually found out number given to Opal Telecom who have sold it on to carphone warehouse who won't release owners details.

Now I have made a police complaint of suspected frauduelent activities.

See if we can get these numbers closed down.

Needs everyone affected to make a complaint.

I've had 2 calls from this number and when i pick up there is no one there. they even left a voice mail of just background noise.

Rang during the day today and last week. Did not leave a message either time. I do not intend to pick up this call.

This number has called me everyday since 19th December (Excluding weekends) I have answered twice to met with silence, after reading these comments will be checking phonebill thoroughly when it comes!
I also took out a Dorothy Perkins Card last month so is increasingly looking like they release details to other companies.
Maybe a police complaint about this is the way forward.

I, thankfully, just missed a call from this number to my mobile.  Thanks to all other comments, I'll ensure I don't answer if they try again.

recieved call twice in two days just checked on internet to see if it relates to any company. didnt answer because out of country. but now know its a money making tool number by some fake/dodgy company.

I just had a call from this number. As I did not recognise it I ignored it and searched Google.

I stupidly took a store card from Topman in November. Possibly related.

Also just had a call from them. Answered, background noises, no one actually speaking to me.

With o2, have 2 (yes, 2, lol) burton cards, also with RBS.

Just missed a call from this number.  Like others just typed it in to google to see who it was and found this very helpful website.

Will be ignoring calls from this number.

Just ignored a call from this number on my o2 mobile. seems it propably is store card related, i too have burtons card i took about a year ago and have not used it for about a year.

getting calls from this number for the last few days.  tried calling back as i thought it was my friend calling form work.  just a voicemail message saying if i wanted to stop receiving the calls dial 1.

Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Topman, Topshop, and Wallis.
Getting phone calls on a daily basis. Actually got to talk to a person on one occasion who said he was from CCP and was my wife in. She had answewred the same number earlier in the week and they said that they were Evans Group checking about credit card security. As we had declared that we did'nt want any contact from them or third parties on the miss informed card upgrade we were offered in the shop I can only assume they are in breach of the data protection act.

Just had my 2nd phone call in 2 days on my mobile. Ignored both as I didn't fancy answering a 0845 number! Googled and found this site. How annoying. Like many others, I am registered with TPS. I have a 02 mobile (funnily enough with Carphonewarehouse) and 6 months ago, I opened up a Debenhams store card (only store card I have). I will continue to ignore the number and think it is a good idea about putting the ring tone on silent for this number. I will also be making a complaint to relevant parties. What an absolute pain that this can happen.

I have had several missed calls form this number this week.  Today I answered and the man on the other end did not sound professional at all which raised the alarm bell's for me.  Apparently my Debenhams account is fine (yes I know thanks) but he wanted to tell me about a new product.  I felt very suspicious so said it wasn't a convenient time and ended the call.  A pattern is emerging here as I also have an O2 account.  Who do we complain to about this?
