Left a message that this was the final notice from the IRS that they were filing a lawsuit against me.  I needed to call 209-813-4131 immediately.  Not the first time I have received this "threat."  Will not call the number.

Guess they gave up on the Microsoft scam and are now trying the IRS scam. Same automated message as others reported...I'm being sued by the IRS, courtesy call, final notice, call immediately, blah blah blah.  The number I was told to call is 209-813-4131, but the caller ID showed 213-141-5163. I'm in Austin, Tx.

I got a call today saying I was being sued by the IRS.

Scammer called using a computer voice saying I had been sued by the IRS and they have been trying to contact me. Sorry but IRS has my address and only send out letters so these guys are obviously thieves trying to get personal info. BEWARE!

If you don't recognize the number, and there is no caller ID, then don't answer it.  I just got a robocall from a supposed IRS agent saying we were being sued.  From this same number.  I hung up, and called back the number, and of course, it doesn't exist.
The IRS will never call you, nor will Microsoft.  Just don't fall for it.

Received call from number today, but since I don't answer numbers I don't recognize did not answer. However, a message was left and it was an automated male voice saying the IRS was suing me.

This call was a recorded (poor quality) message from the IRS. I received this once before. I am a tax professional and the IRS does not make phone calls to alert you of non-payment. I did not pick up the phone. Went to voicemail.

This number has called me before I spoke a person that time saying they were IRS saying they are suing me!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!! Same thing this time but was a recorded message sati Bing the same thing!! I called and the answered IRS I SMsaid this is THE IRS then I laughed at the person and the phone call was ended!!!this is a SCAM!!! Please beware!!!!!!!!

Called and left a message on my Voicemail saying they were the IRS and I was being sued by the IRS.  They told me to call immediately and gave me a different call back number which is 209-813-4131.

Common IRS scam call. Robot voice says he is an officer with the IRS and I'm being sued and to call the number he leaves. Of course I'm sure everything would be fine if I just pay them money. SCAM!!!!

Ditto, robo call saying the IRS had filed a lawsuit against me to call them back was message on answering machine. Bogus IRS scammers.

Robocall that announced it was calling to inform me of a lawsuit had been filed on me by the "IRS investigation Division" and continued by giving me a number to get additional information on how to clear up the issues.

This number said they from the Internal Revenue Services.

I guess the scammer got a new job.  He went from Microsoft to the IRS.  I can't believe anyone falls for this stuff.

Left a message saying they were with IRS and have filed a lawsuit against us.  Left callback number of 209-813-4131.  Creepy.

Computerized voice called and said IRS was suing us and to call them.

I got a voicemail from this number claiming to be the IRS. The message said the IRS had "filed a lawsuit" against me. It was not very convincing but still a little unnerving. Anyone who gets a call like this, the real IRS would never contact you like this. so don't worry
