Left a message on my answering machine saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. But the voice was broken up and could not pronounce some words correctly. It's just a scam. DO NOT answer this number.

Voice identified itself as "Internal Revenue Service".

Started receiving calls last year from a different #. Now thy ate using this # and 310-215-3378. Definitely an IRS scam. Don't respond to these idiots.

I got a call two days in a row from this same number. Only difference is they left messages saying they were the IRS and I should call them immediately. Yeah right. [***] scam I'm sure.

Very dangerous!!  I got a call from this number today with a "computer" generated voice claiming to be from the IRS saying they are filing a lawsuit against me.  I know its a scam but surprised others got calls from this number with a different scam.

These SOB's need to be hanged.

Got robo message on machine saying this was the Internal Revenue ServiceS  (first clue IRS is singular) and that we were being sued.  We were told to call 509 537 0491.  Checking that number (for fun as I knew this was a scam) I see it's cross-referenced back to this one!

A scam about irs having a law suit against me. I called the number back that they gave me and i told them ti had talked to the irs and they were scammers. They hung up on me

They are claiming to be from IRS and filing a fraud complaint against me.  All Bogus. Said to call them back at 208-843-8063

They called from 213-141-5163 stating they were from internal revenue service(s). They are filing a "lawsuit" against and to call back 209-813-5621. I know this is a scam as the irs does not call you on the phone, everything is done in writing. Since we have no problems with the irs, and the irs does everything by mail, obviously a scam, scam, scam. Someone needs to do something about these "scammers".

Caller ID identifies this number 213-141-5163 as the origination of the IRS calls which in turn indicates you are being sued by the IRS & must call 510-201-0058 . When called, both numbers are now disconnected.

Robo call reportedly from IRS, and informing me that they are filing a lawsuit against me. The caller (robot call) left a voice mail. I did not return the call as this is a hoax. IRS would send written notification.

RoboCaller saying they are the IRS and have filed a lawsuit against me.  YEAH, RIGHT!  I.D. shows "Name Unavailable".  I was not prepared, a number was given to call back, but I wasn't thinking and hung up without writing number down.  How cruel.  I'm sure some innocent people might actually believe this and get really scared, etc.  I would think with all the technology we have, there would be a way to shut these people down.

Got call today from 213-141-5163.   Now evidently this same number has gone from pretending to be Microsoft  and calling about a supposed PC virus, to claiming to be "IRS Officers"  --- on VM the msg. was that we are being sued by the IRS.   We are to call:  209-437-4899.

Well, NO, we won't be doing THAT.     If they want us, they can come and get us -- airfare from India is probably quite steep, though!    hahahahahaha -- more criminal jerks looking for personal info!
