did not talk to them, it was a message left on my phone but I could tell it was a recording, a man w/ a deep voice.

received a phone call from this number saying they were the IRS and they were going to sue us.  Very alarming.

I got a call from this number, it was an automated call that told me a lawsuit was filed on my by the IRS and to call 209-813-4131, which I did from a private line.  They were asking questions.  I told her I wasn't stupid.. call ended pretty quickly

Called left automatic com saying he's an officer from the IRS and they have a law suit against me.

Number left robo-call voicemail saying it was the "Internal Revenue Services" (yes, plural) giving their last notice of their "lawsuit against" me. Just so everyone knows, the real IRS sends you notices by mail and when they take action (from what I hear) you'll know it by wages garnished, accounts frozen, or maybe a real live agent showing up at your office.
Whoever this scam outfit is, I'm pretty sure the real IRS doesn't want other people's goons bullying in their name...as the bumper sticker says, "the government hates competition".

Received a call from the #  213 141 5163 purporting to be from the IRS stating that they had been trying to get in touch with me about money owed and this was the last courtesy call and the IRS had a law suit filed against me.  I was to call the # 209 813 4131.  I ignored the call completely knowing it was a scam.  Beware, seniors especially, and don't be taken in by this scam.

New scam, I received 1 call per last two weeks stating it was the Irs has filed a lawsuit and this is their final attempt.  It is garbage, the irs will notify you via mail many times certified. It's a recording asking you to call back.

The call I received (twice) is a recording letting me know the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I need to call them immediately at 209-690-7166 for more information. I have not returned the call, nor will I.

Left a voicemail claiming they're the IRS and that I'm being audited. *eye roll* Do people really fall for this stuff?

Claims to be the IRS, or at least that's what the poorly made voicemail states when they leave you a message.  I hit "call back" and that number does not take calls.  Sounds like someone needs to go to "scam school" because they are not very good at scamming.  I would suggest that he/she get a stunt double job, as I'm sure their physical skills must be better than their common sense skills.

The caller reports being from the IRS and gives their final notice regarding a lawsuit against me.  They instruct me to call (209) 690-7166 immediately.  The voicemail left was of  poor quality.  I have no intentions of calling.

They have been calling me for months:  Final notice from the IRS - they are suing me and I should call 209 690 7166...

Call came in at 6 am saying that they were the IRS and have been trying to get a hold of me and now the IRS filed a law suit against me. This is a scam to get your personal information don not call back!!

Got call from this number saying they were the IRS and were filing suit and I should call they right back. . Guess the Microsoft got old so they are using another tack.

Caller left message claiming to be IRS. "Final notice! You are being sued!! Call this numbet immediatly!!"

Call today, message said "IRS is filing a lawsuit against you".
Right.....

IRS got you you need to call them because they have low suite against you.

I received a call from (Name Unavailable) claiming to be the irs and that they had suit filed against me and to call them back at (unintelligible Dept. #)
