April 4, 2016, 11:43AM got a call from 213-141-5163. Man caller on phone say he is an officer from Internal Revenue Services. He has been trying to reach me . This is a final and official call Internal Revenue Services. Reason for call: They have filed lawsuit against me. For information call immediately our department at 510-201-0058.

Caller ID says "NAME NOT FOUND".   Male voice says this is the Office of the Internal Revenue Service.  Says the purpose of this call is to let you know we have filed a law suit against you.  For more information call department 5 at 510-201-0058.  Obvious SCAM!

This man told me he is from the IRS, and he said i am going to be arrest,

This number has now changed from computers to IRS. They left a message that they  were from the IRS and they filed a suit in court against me, and to call this number  209-813-0473.

They said they were from the IRS and had filed a law suit against us!

Message says they are "Internal Revenue Services" calling to tell me they have filed a lawsuit against me.

Called a few times daily. Did not speak when picked the calls. It turned to dial tone quickly.
I do not recognize this number from my personal and career contacts.

Got a message from this number that "the IRS has filed a lawsuit against you."  Interesting that they are moving from the Microsoft scam to the IRS scam.  This is a scam!  Do not give them any information!  The IRS does NOT call you to tell you they have filed a lawsuit!  I will be reporting this to the IRS.

I received a call from this number marked "Out of Area" at 12:15PM today (4/14/2016).  Upon answering it a robo voice stated that they were the IRS and that they filed a lawsuit against me.  Then they gave a number to call, but I was unable to write that down at the time.

Same message about the IRS final notice that they're filing a lawsuit against me...YA-RIGHT, GIMME A BREAK!! Caller ID displayed this 213 number, but the VM told me to call Ph. 347-980-7680. Hopefully nobody falls for these scam artists so close to the tax deadline.

Received a call from the number mentioned here.  Only this time it was not about my computer, it was from the "I.R.S." stating there was a lawsuit against us and call 474180574 asap!  (Notice that there is a number missing), I listened to the recorder several times to make sure I got the number correct !  So who's number is it?

Received two calls today and left voicemail saying IRS lawsuit had been filed against me - SCAMMERS!!!!

They left a 37 second voice mail on my home phone #.
Their message: A cut and paste ROBO Call.
"... trying to reach you. This call is an official final notice from Internal Revenue Services. The reason for the call is to inform you the IRS has filed a lawsuit against you. For more information call immediately our IRS Department number (347) 418-0574. I repeat (347) 418-0574."

The caller ID on my phone read: 213-141-5163   Name Not Found

Second message on my voice mail.They say the "IRS of Sacramento is filling a law suit."
Very odd message with a robot voice.I think they need an audit to learn a little more about the agency they are trying to imposter.

I have been getting calls from this number 213-141-5163 everyday since February.  They say they are with the IRS and have filed a law suit against me.  Reported this number to; FCC, FTC, FBI and Attorney Generals office.  THIS IS A SCAM AND NEED TO BE CAUGHT.

Now they are the IRS....Beware !!!

Second time we received this call. we let it go to voice mail. Said IRS was filing a lawsuit against us.....
