213 141 5163 called our home and said that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against us and that we had to call:  209 690 7166 - another bogus number that  is constantly busy

unknown, unlabeled number called, I sent it to vm; female computer message claiming to be "the IRS" stating they've "been trying to get a hold of me and that this was a final warning, that the IRS was suing me". and then hung up abruptly. no reference or number to verify call or call back.

was a recording saying something about the IRS, i just hing up the phone because they do not make phone calls.

Automated call claiming the IRS has been trying to reach me and that the IRS is going to sue me.  Asked me to call 209-690-7166.

Got an automated (computer voice) call this morning stating that the IRS was taking legal action against us and to call another number.  Sorry, but we aren't going to fall for it.  Just another phishing scam.

Just received a message from this phone number stating that the IRS is suing me and I need to call them back. Sounds like a scam.

Received a call from 2131415163 at 10:50am. It was an automated message stating I was being sued by the IRS and to call them immediately at a number I could not understand, the recording was jittery so it was not clear.  Beware...SCAM!

LOL. I do the same thing I act like I am at the computer and waste as much time as possible before I tell them to F*** off; now they call me and pretend to be the IRS. Low life scammers with nothing better to do than rip people off. Oh how I wish i could reach through the phone and choke the [***] out of him!

Got a call from the IRS from this number...left message to call back immediately.   So I did, and evidently I have been defrauding the IRS for the last 5 years.  If I didn't send the money immediately, the county sheriff would be at my door in 45 minutes and my license would be suspended.  Well, of course I panicked,  45 minutes to get dressed and out my makeup on?  I told him I had to hang up and get ready for my mugshot.  ;)

Answered a call from this number and it was a man with an Indian accent.  He stated he was from Microsoft Tech Support and before he went any further I told him my phone number was registered on the National Do Not Call List.  He said SO WHAT. I asked; who are you with? And he said MS Tech Support, so I said SO WHAT.  There was a long pause and he said; what, and hung up.  Scam for sure.

Said it was the IRS and that I was being sued.

Got a call from this number, i didnt answer as i do not usually answer calls with area codes i do not recognize.  They left a message which was a recording that they were calling from irs.  This is the second call i get supposedly from irs, where they claim i have been sued.  I know for sure the irs will not call.  I tried calling the number back from another phone but got a recording that the number i was calling was incorrect.  Scam

Computerized voice stating it was the IRS giving "final notice" of the IRS intent to file a lawsuit against me. I did not stay on the line to listen to what was undoubtedly some scam.
