They called one call right after the other starting at 10 this morning.

Yes it is the number they want but I never heard of the person they want. The guy accused me of lying and said the police would be over as it is a crime to lie to a debt collector. Sure it is and I'll be happy to talk to the police.

20 minutes later they called and said the police were tied up with a homicide investigation but that they would take half of the money to settle. I told the guy after the homicide was done they could come over and arrest me for lying to him.

He said I was a deadbeat and he'd put it on my Experian report. I called Experian and the lady sounded very upset, I told her I would sue Experian as he can't report me for being a wrong number. She asked me to wait until it showed up and I told her if it DID show up I'd sue. She asked me to mail a letter that I don't have the debt (some old payday loan) this guy is talking about and that I'm not the person he is asking for. I'll spend the cost of a stamp but I told her if it does show up they will be taken to court. It sure does seem they know all about the Marauder CPS thing but I have to wonder why they don't just take the guy's account away?

They call ms today at my work related of some kind of debt from 2008. The name is Jose Trevino, he request a settlement in order to pay the amount 538.00.

Ryon Gambill, who owns and operates this company is hurting for cash. He's crowdfunding and advertising within the collections community.

Most of the debts he goes after are time barred. That means they are so old they cannot be collected.

Refuse to pay him. If he puts black marks on your credit reports, complain to them. Many times they will just leave them on, but threaten to sue them. They'll remove them. Experian ends up paying an average of $8,500 on each Gambill related lawsuit, so, who knows, you could make some money off of these people.

Marauder, and its new name, Northern Collection Recovery don't have the money to go after you. If you pay them you are throwing money away. Stand up fr your rights.

And if you are into some holiday fun, ask them about Ryon Gambill's criminal record, his outstanding arrest warrant and how he lost his home in foreclosure. If you want to hit below the belt, ask why even though his (ex?) wife has major substance abuse problems, what's wrong with HIM that he can't get custody of his daughter. This will piss them off, they will threaten to send the police after you. Just laugh at them.

I got a call from these [***] saying the have questions about my tax return. Yeah right it sounds very fishy.

They said I have a debt from 2008 and they're calling to collect. Her name is TINA PHILLIPS. Her attitude is very nasty.

I received a similar call stating they wanted to talk to me about my tax return and I better call back or there will be actions taken against me.

They were very rude and did a lot of lying to try and get a telephone number also, state they were inquiring about IRS fraud.

Please I don't want to hear from this company.

I keep getting calls from this number. The lady says "This is Gabby, with CPS. It is imperative that you call me today regarding case ##########" On another occasion she calls and leaves a message that she needs some information regarding my tax refund for 2013. I have never heard of them and its very suspect. Please advise on actions to get them prosecuted.

Ryon Gambill and Marauder owe money that they did not pay to Stacy Beal in Texas, so now Ryon is a deadbeat debtor himself, his favorite insult.

When they call, just tease them.

So they called me about some alleged payday debt that had to be 10 years old. I told the girl, 'well it takes one to know one' and she asked what I meant. I told her, her boss, Ryon Gambill owed money to Stacy Beal in Texas. She got kind of nasty with me and told me to pay.

Then I told her at 10 years the debt was time barred and she should know better. I told her to go answer the phone at an escort service or something.

She got furious and put some guy on. I think it was Ryon Gambill. He called me a deadbeat and said I would go to jail. I said he was the deadbeat and mentioned I knew he was having child custody issues, which I had read. He told me that was none of my business. I told him I would bring it up every time they called and also that I think his girlfriend, Christina Troll, is a [***].

Yes, mentioning Christina Troll and Ryon Gambill to the callers from this number gets all kinds of results! The employees seem scared of the both of them.

At least once I'm sure Gambill got on the phone himself and said I'd be arrested for revealing personal information about his private life. I told him he may as well get Google arrested. He told me to pay my debt. I laughed at him and said I thought Christina was funny looking and had bad skin. He hung up on me. It is one way to get rid of them.

Threatening legal action on a time barred debt is an FDCPA violation. Ryon Gambill threatens to sue all the time, and he has accounts that are years beyond the SOL. People should keep suing him until he gives up. No one should ever pay this little worm a penny.

I was going to have my attorney call these people back but now calls to their (760) 423-1100 number can't be completed.

Oh they are back in business, have your attorney call them. There is nothing at all legit about the company. The owner, Ryon Gambill has a criminal record. And, he lost his house in foreclosure. What does his credit report look like after that?

I had the same lady call me back address call today to see bout my debt the phone is no longer in service

It seems Marauder is no more. The phone is disconnected and they no longer have a registered agent. It is too soon to tell if he's going to try coming back with a new name or not. He does have a bunch of court decisions against him, making HIM a deadbeat debtor. Those debts don't go away. Any investor he approaches needs to take a hard look at those debts to make sure they would not eat up any investment they might be foolish enough to make.

Ryon's girlfriend, Christina Troll, just got her real estate license. Maybe Ryon is going to try to make money as a property speculator? He did lose his house in foreclosure, maybe this is how he may try to get a new house.

This Marauder had been on my credit report for ages. For a debt I never heard of. Well now that the company is out of business I contacted the credit beuros once again. They can't verify the debt so they have removed it. I suggest all of you do the same and Merry Christmas.
