How to STOP Ryon Gambill and His Crooked Companies

Ryon Gambill has made his living as a shady debt collector. He operates under various company names: Marauder Corporation, Bill Collector in a Box, Nationwide Capital Recovery, National Capital Recovery, Collection Professional Services, Check Protection Systems and so on. His two main phone numbers are (760) 423-1111 and (760) 423-1100.

He has done things like inventing debts based on information he obtains from Experian or trying to collect debts he does not own.

Do NOT be intimidated by his threats! The only person he ever sued was consumer advocate Bud Hibbs and Gambill lost that case. He however gets sued all the time. He never wins, he either settles or just ignores the case and then a default gets entered against him.

DO NOT PAY HIM. MAKE HIM PROVE THAT YOU OWE THE MONEY. HE CANNOT DO THIS.

Here’s what you do to stop him.

First, if you think he has access to your Experian credit file, write to Experian and complain. send a certified letter to:

send a copy of this letter to the Federal Trade Commission:

Experian loses a lot of money in lawsuits from Gambill. They are also under investigation by the Federal Trade Commission for why they continue to sell Gambill access to credit files.

Second, if he has demanded that you pay through Western Union, send a certified letter to Western Union complaining about it. You will need to give Western Union the “payment code” he wanted to use. He usually uses code “ENFORCE” but he may have others. As with Experian, you’ll need to send it as a certified letter:

Third, send Gambill two letters. The first is a CEASE AND DESIST letter, you can find samples on the Internet. The second is a DEBT VALIDATION letter, you can also find samples of that on the Internet.

Send both letters certified mail, and make sure you send them to each of these addresses:

Fourth, if Gambill has made you think that he is “investigating” you, send a complaint to the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.

Sixth and last, go to your local police and file a complaint against him. Gambill has a criminal record and there are outstanding warrants against him. Tell the police what he did to you. He does things like harassment, threatens to send people to jail, threatens to come and take property and so on.

Yes you will have to do a little work and you can’t do it all online.

But he WILL stop harassing you and eventually he will be shut down.

Taylor Hicks calls me from this number. Now isn't that funny. Julia Roberts used to call. These heifers been calling me for over a year about a debt I have already paid. They can call until hell freezes over, I will not pay something I do not owe.

This collection agency is a scam....they are rude, threatening and tell lies. Try to make you think you owe them. They threatened to garnish my wages, call my boss and tell him I was a pedophile on parole which is a total lie. They said if I didn't pay they would get me fired.....I have their threats witnessed by 3 people. Was on speaker phone and they did not know.

Never ever get a payday loan on line. Even if you pay every dime back with interest, they will not leave you alone for years. They will sell your information to bogus companies that will harass you until no end.

Beware of internet payday loans. They are scammers, and thieves waiting to torment you for years.

The governments should make payday loans illegal.......

Do not get a payday loan over the internet. You will be robbed and threatened even if you pay it back. Don't live through the nightmare.

I just got a call from 760-423-1100. Saying that he wanted to speak with my mom. Saying that she owed  money from payday loan or something.

Well, I told him that she wasn't here. He started asking where is she, I told him I just told you she isn't here. Then he asked me what car she drives, I'm like why do you need to know that. I hung up on him because I was about to go off on him.

I hope he does call back though, because now I'm going to have a little fun with him!

Kate Miller from CPS called my friend and stated that they need to get a hold of me urgently and that I was doing drugs and bouncing around and they could not find me and that I am under huge investigation for check fraud. Wow. Who comes up with this? Isn't that illegal?

Looks like Kelly is new caller for this scam...She said she was from CTS ?? Im on call three, looked them up online and saw all the piles of complaints. Never used any payday thing that people had mentioned however had idenity theft about 10 years ago. I dont owe any debts. Called back the first time and got a voicemail. Clearly blocking this number.

I got a call today from a woman named Mrs. Thomas saying she was from cps and investigating my daughter who is nineteen.  They left a case number on my answering machine and said that I MUST CALL THEM TODAY!  I'm thinking what the heck? cps? she doesnt even have any kids to abuse!!  lmao  SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

They called looking for my ex-husband and then said that I would pay for what I did to him

I was called this morning about a pay day loan taken out in my name and that my mom was my reference.  The lady at ex: 206 was super nice...gave me all of the information that was given to get the loan.  She told me to make a police report so I could have my name cleared...even told me to call the FTC to have a flag put on my social security number.  Sasha was her name...gave me a case number and all.  Man I've been going through hell all morning trying to clear this up.

Someone by the name of Mrs Thomas called up in reference to a case number and wanted me to call her extension 155. I have received several calls from these people and each time they ask for a different person. Not only that but I have paid off my credit cards a long time ago so I don't owe any money.

They called looking for a lauren i told them wrong number and they told me to pay up u pice of [***] dead beats  they threatened to show up at our house and tell our neighbors we stiffed them for a charity donation  these people are really something

These scumbags called me, thinking it was my brother. We changed phones, so I got the message that was meant for him. They said that he needed to call regarding a case that I had. I'm so irate, because it sounds like I'm in trouble with the law, which is the last think my family needs to hear about me. I'm gonna call them back tomorrow, and they're gonna get an earful. The lowlife who called me was named Brittany, although I'm sure that's not a real name. Ooh I'm pissed.

This is a fraudulent collections agency...they make illegal threats...they try to damage your credit...basically extortion...they tried to tell me I owed on a home equity line of credit...for a time frame in which I did not own a home nor have I ever had an equity line of credit!!!  Don't speak to them,  once you do they won't stop bothering you.
