I have received several calls from this number only to hear a recording that doesn't make sense - so I blocked them since they are calling my cell phone.  I had opened a Macy's charge a couple of years ago but closed it before ever using it.  I called this 800 number.  The girl asked for my account number - I told her that I didn't have a number - closed account.  She asked if anyone in my house had a Macy's account.  I said, "No."  She then asked if I know "Antonio."  That was so strange.  She said she would remove my phone number from the list.  It is difficult to believe this legitimately has anything to do with Macy's.

This group is still at it. Don't call back.

This number calls me up to 10 times a day. When I answer there's no one there. They will occasionally leave a message saying it's regarding my Macy's account but I don't have one. I have called back and they said that my phone number does not match the name on the account and that they apologize for the inconvenience and to disregard the call. They continue to call. I'm very suspicious...

Received a call from 800-511-3207.  The call clearly was on a bad VOIP line which made it suspicious for such a large and well-known company.  The person who answered was surprised that I did not have my account number available to give to her. She asked for my account number and my last four digits of my SSN.  Told her I do not have a balance on my account, and I am NOT going to give you any information without knowing the reason for the call - why did you call? Answer: I can't tell you without your account number. Told her that I did recognize her number and it does not match the number on the back of my Macy's card so she was not going to get anything from me unless she can explain the purpose of the call.  She said to call the number on the back of the card.

Repetitive calls from 800 511 3207 -- no message left -- will add to my scam lists which denies my telephone from ringing from this number. I am on do not call list as well. I NEVER answer unknown numbers.

I keep getting a call from this Macy's number and I do not have a balance.  When I call back - placed on eternal hold and that the call may need to be monitored for quality assurance.  I double checked online to be sure there was not balance and  do not have one.  Not sure why they keep calling me!

They said I was late on my payment to my macy`s credit card impossible I opened up my account only only a few weeks ago and I have documetion my bill is not due until a later date. Goodbye to macy`s  they treat new customers as if they are deadbeats not me

Six calls a day.  No one answers if I pick up.  Does anyone know how to stop nuisance calls?

This is obviously a phishing scam. I do not have a Macy's account, but it's not about that.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past few days- several times a day.  I finally got a voicemail about my "important business matter with Macys" called back and got the same message- "your call will be answered in the order it was received" hung up and googled the number, found this site and just what I thought! I do have a Macy's account, but they have never called me.

I got a call from this same number telling me that I missed a payment an that I need to make a payment right now.

I blocked this number 800-511-3207 on my CP and they keep calling back everyday. 2-3 times a day.  Very irritating!   So I called back and found out that this number belongs to Macy's.  I don't have account with Macy's.  The caller asked for my account number and even asked for my phone number. No information was given.  He  sounds phony!  I told him to remove my number on the call list and hung up.
