- Harassment Victim| 1 replyThis 8005113207 number has repeatedly called me all morning while at work. I see here it is some kind of Macy's collection or past due notification. I paid the bill online in FULL yesterday. Leave me alone.

- JaquelineI've been getting multiple phone calls from this number. I answer and there is no reply. I see from other posts that this is likely to be a Macys call and it makes me so mad. I always turn down pitches for a Macys card but last time the salesperson insisted that I was losing hundreds of dollars (it was a large purchase) by not signing up. I reluctantly did so and now am begin bombarded with these phone calls. Sigh...
- DavidHas been calling me Again, and again
Harassing me also
And it's Macy's- Caller: Macy's
- Call type: Telemarketer
- EmilyThis is not Macy's - it is a "service provider" that wants you to pay any past due Macy's bill through them. I just received my statement from Macy's and I have a $0 balance. Very frustrating. Anyway, I would never pay another company to handle my Macy's account. Asked to be taken off of their list. We'll see what happens as they call 4 x / day
- Caller: Macy's/ ACL
- Call type: Debt collector
- AZheat replies to ErinPerhaps YOUR account is messed and late but MINE is not ... the number absolutely is NOT a Macy's number ... it is a [***] scam!
- PoemiBeen getting multiple calls a day for the past couple of days from these people. I finally called them back, and they asked for my account number. I have NO Macy's account. She looked up my phone number and asked for my name. Told her, and she's like, "Oh, do you know Bonita...?" No, I don't. I've had this number for 2 months. So she said she would take the number off that account so I don't get called again. She apologized. Hopefully I don't get called again.
- Caller: ???
- MilitaryTVgirl replies to JamesI get the SAME calls and I DO NOT nor have I EVER had a Macy's account. AT&T won't allow us to block 800 numbers from our home phones. FTC has done nothing about this. We get 6 calls EVERY SINGLE DAY! These people are apparently from India, which means no one in the U.S. can stop it.
- cgriffUnwanted call many times a day. Stop.
- Caller: Macy's
- joe.dolgosFolks the 800-511-3207 is a complete scam. I have lived in a rehab for the last two years and have no accounts anywhere. I did recently get a debit card so I could receive my disability payments. Both card and my phone come from Wal Mart so maybe that is the connecti0on? DO NOT CALL these people back. Thank you.

- I don't even have a Macy's account!!!I received at work an automated call stating it is NOT A SOLICITING call, and that it is related to my Macy's account. I do not have a Macy's account. They were asking that I call 800-511-3207. I don't think so!
- KellyIt is a company for Macys trying to collect on a bill. Dont know why they are calling those of you that say you dont have a bill with them???
- Caller: Macys

- Carmen CannonePersisting calls from unknow source.
- NancyWhen you see the number answer with, "Hello, This is Macy's. How do you want me to direct your call?" OR This is the FBI or some such nonsense...The best I've heard is record the electronic ring when you reach a nonexistent number and play that. I understand that will signal the number is no longer a working number...I have not tried it myself but one pf you creative, adventurous types can try it.
- jerzee44Got two calls from this number today. The second time I answered, and yup it's Macy's/Bloomingdale's. They were looking for the woman who last had my home number. I have gotten other calls for her from collectors.
