This # calls twice a day

I got a call from this same number telling me that I missed a payment an that I need to make a payment right now.

I blocked this number 800-511-3207 on my CP and they keep calling back everyday. 2-3 times a day.  Very irritating!   So I called back and found out that this number belongs to Macy's.  I don't have account with Macy's.  The caller asked for my account number and even asked for my phone number. No information was given.  He  sounds phony!  I told him to remove my number on the call list and hung up.

Macy's is an absolute nightmare, especially in regard to their accounting department.  If that is who belongs to this phone number I'ce called about.  They don't identify themselves so I don't answer. One never knows what kind of weird people are out there.
My situation is too lengthy and complicated to enter it here but, in essence, our bills are always paid in full when they arrive. Excellent credit rating until Macy's came on the scene. Macy's had a special LeVian Jewelry sale. I have a number of LeVian pieces from over the years. Went to their showing at Macy's and was interested in a few pieces and was being encouraged to go ahead and buy them. I decided it was too much so I declined. Was then offered a two year payment plan interest free. I'd never purchased anything on time before and shouldn't have this time!  Macy's set up account and I signed.  I agreed to a certain monthly amount and have paid five times the agreed upon amount every single month. Their first mistake was reporting me for not having paid my bill before I received a bill.  The situation has gone downhill since then.  They reported me to collections which is very embarrassing. Have involved an attorney.  Macy's offered to soothe my ruffled feathers with a $50 gift card which I returned. They hurt my credit rating which I've  been dealing with and there has been no apology - ever!
AND NOW, they are harassing me everyday, several times every day with phone calls - the number seen above is the one that's coming through several times daily.  I'm fed up!  Will likely return the jewelry I purchased as there is plenty of it elsewhere.
Our store is getting to look rather seedy and actually their method of doing business is becoming the same.

Repeated calls from this number.

800 511 3207 calls at least daily claiming to be Macy's.  Asks me to press 1 if me or 2 if not.  I don't press anything even if I made call.  You can wind up buying anything from loaf of bread to a car or house.  These scam artists should be exported to some iceberg in the buff.  Without a phone

Calls non-stop,doesn't ID themselves. Individuals are either Filipinos or Indians {India} calling on for Mary Ann or Mel Market. This is a Federal Government landline reserved number. Misrepresentation of genuine Macy's, notified Macy's in Madison, Ohio about these call-ins,  Head Management informs they have no overseas collections. FTC & FCC investigating.

DO NOT GIVE your information to this number. It claims to be from macys but when I called macys (number from the back of my card) to ask why they are calling - macy said there's nothing wrong. This number is definitely not associated with macys.

I actually kinda like them call me because they basically call me 3 times a day: 8 am, 11 am and near 6 pm, so somehow it perfectly becomes my alarm to remind me what time it is everyday. How wonderful! :)

This number calls my phone 3 times every single day and is very persistent. This is a Macy's Credit Card department.

Keep getting a call regarding Macy's a personal business matter. I don't even have an account with Macy's and I've been getting 1 or 2 calls each day.  I figure it is a scam and have not called the number

This number keeps calling me. I called back and spoke to an Indian women that clearly couldn't speak much English and said she was calling about my Macy's and/or Bloomingdale account. I kept asking her questions as to why she was calling and she couldn't really answer me just to say that my phone number was associated with this account. Then talked in circles. Total scam!

This number is a collection number for Macys.

I dont have a Macys account, so what do you call this?.

I justvgot an automated call from this number and the voicmail said it's Macy's calling me and asked me by my name to call me back.

It is from Macy's. After I got this call I found out that my Macys credit account is past due.  I totally forgot to make a payment.

This number has been calling my phone all day, therefore I Googled it. My bill is not passed due either. Same thing that everyone else stated is true.
