- Daniel| 3 repliesThis number is for Bank of America… I am one of the 3.5 million Americans whose house may be going or already has gone into foreclosure. My house has lost about half its value in the last four years going from 440k when I purchased it to about 250k right now as I am trying to short sell it. I can no longer afford the mortgage and am trying to do what I can to sell the house. As for the never ending harassing phone calls… They are from Bank of America collections. I have spoken to them many times and according to their customer support even though I am working with an agent on a short sale they are legally allowed to call 6 times a day every day until the short sale is done. As this process could take several months or maybe even longer they have called me more times than I can count. It is pure harassment and apparently it is legal. I am not sure other than simply to harass what they hope to gain by calling over and over every day. They even called once while I was on the phone with them explaining once again that I was short selling the house.

- Screaming AngryThis is Bank of America - the most corrupt bank after BCCI - calling my DNC number - looking for people whose names they stumble over and cannot pronounce ("Katrina") - I asked "WHO IS THIS CALLING ME AT ALL HOURS" and she replied haughtily, "Bank of America" - like that gave this dim she-twit the power to screw with people... BOY did I let loose - ripped her a new [***] - she had a syphilitic black hole for a brain for doing what she did for a living with the attitdue she put into it she deserved the rip. Told her we never did and never would do business with funders of narcoterrorism, like Banks like B of A is, and always has been, and if she ever ever called my house again, obo B of A, she personally had better get a lawyer, as I was writing every State Agency and the FCC with complaints about them calling my phone and since the harassment was repeated, she personally, as well as BofA are domestic terrorists. Ended with "DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME" at about 3 zillion decibels, and hung up.
I'll see if these jackashes call back.- Caller: Bank of America

- Mikethey claim to be bank of america and keep asking me personal info about my mortgage. when i got uncomfortable and asked them to confirm my loan amount to prove they are who they say they are, im told they cannot disclose that info until they confirm who i am. they call me 3-4 times a day. i told them to send something in the mail and i would comply and before i hung up they told me they would only handle this over the phone.

- JanThis is BOA/Countrywide home loan collections. I called to complain... I already modified my loan successfully and am making payments. Collections didn't know why I was receiving calls and gave me this # 888-341-5000 to “opt out”. Called them and took my phone numbers off their "lists"… “will take 12 weeks for all” huh? But it is worth a try!

- OhNoTheyDidn't!| 2 repliesHi, it's OhNoTheyDidn't! posting again. My original post was on 3 May 2011. I had called the number back telling them I was recording the call and then threatened to sue them if they didn't stop calling. I am pleased to report that I have not had one call back since. Seems as though they believed me and it's a good thing too because we certainly would sue if we had to.
