I got the text and phoned my network provider whom rang them and spoke to Molly whom assured me that the payment has been stopped and I would not be getting charged.

Yes I am having exactly the same problem, have emailed them but I continue to get the messages saying send stop, the service took all my credit & another five pounds I just put on, it's making me ill, .

Hi Nadine, yes I pressed on the Asda link to win an iPhone etc, that's how I got connected to these scammers, took all my recently topped up credit and then another five pounds that I topped up to STOP them, cannot get rid!

How could I have been so stupid to think this Co really wanted to use me for shopping with their money it was all about taking my money for other products to charge me weekly amounts on products. They should be blacklisted from using all Web sites if that is possible. Kk

I only just found out that this company have been charging £5 per month for a competition I didn't realise I had entered. I'm a pensioner and only have the phone so my daughter can contact me as I'm unwell and instead of my phone being £32 per month this month it was £66. They don't call me they email me quite regularly. I've texted STOP to them but I don't know if it will be stopped now. My number is 07932567138. My email address is kaygodly@yahoo.co.uk. I have found that xinwin have been taking payments from my pay as you go account, probably amounting to several weeks at £4.50 per week, without my consent.  How do get this money reimbursed.

£32 per month plus £5 pm is NOT £66 pm! If only reason for a mobile is your daughter to contact you, you need to be on Pay As You Go, NOT a contract. Change as soon as possible. And please DON'T put your personal details on THIS or ANY website. Oh it's not Asda but a dubious firm preying on vulnerable people. You might want to contact your local CAB or Age Concern if your daughter can't help.

Every day I get a message and wipes£4.50 off of my phone. I haven't got any credit how do i tell it to stop without any credit.

call is initially from http:WinNow.xinwin.co saying win £500 in vouchers from Asda with their logo etc then when you get their pin saying you have joined voucher watch etc. paying £4.50 to said company per week until you send stop to 82288 help
