A message left to call "Blank" at this number. Googled it and came up with many complaints. Bogus debt collectors that pretend to be representing a "Law Office". Just watched an expose' on an operation out of Buffallo,NY that was a front for some gangster thugs that pretended to be lawyers, represented themselves as law enforcement agents with "civil warrants" for arrest if payment was not made immediately. Great news footage on how anyone can buy blocks of unverified debt, ignore Fair Credit Act, and extort payment without any proof of debt existing. Beware of answering any phone call, wait for an actual summons and get a real lawyer to deal with an official court document.
Make the law work for you, don't be abused, and shut these fraud law offices down with complaints to the proper agencies.

Bill Windsor called me regarding a bill.  These people are badgering, rude, [***].  They managed to alter an incoming call by using my friends cell phone # as the call came in, when I answered it, it was "BILL WINDSOR".  I was on the phone with my friend at the time.  These are con artists, bottom dwellers.  DONT give out any personal bank information

i received a call from ex 224 @866 204 3786,  they left a msg. with my roomate saying they needed a statement from me.  i returned the call and was refused any information about what this could be; the woman wanted me to confirm information about my identity and was VERY RUDE.  I HUNG UP.

I recieved a call from Richard Webb from Sydney Michaels law firm, phone 866-204-3786 x 227. This call was for my soon to be ex husband, who doesn't live here and hasn't for a while.

I received a call from Richard Webb today, he said he was from "the law office", when i responded "THe Law Office"??? he said yes Sidney Mickell. (pronounced Michael). i just took a message for myself and got a return phone number (1-866-204-3786 ext 227). He then continued to ask for my supervisor...yeh right buddy! oh yeh this was a call to my WORK PHONE NUMBER!!! anyways i typed in the number  the called ID "MICKELL LAW OFC" 19095421296 and found other posts. i then typed in teh 866 number and found these posts...i'm definately NOT talking to them anymore!

"Mr. Crawford" asked for me by name asking if I could help him find out if my neighbor was so-and-so (used his name) because there was a matter in "his office" (no firm name given) that he needed to contact him about right away.  He said he'd called there, but it sounded like some girls playing a prank had answered and told him my neighbor was dead.  He had the name and address correct and I know from experience that all he had to do was whitepages.com search to find out who else lives on the street, so I imagine that I won't be the only one called since I didn't give any info on the phone.  The matter was confidential, so he gave me no further info other than his name and number (866-204-3786 ext. 210) hoping I would go put a note on my neighbor's door for him.  Not happening.  Wish I knew who to report this to.

So glad I checked before I returned this call received by my 88-year old mother. Bill Windsor, 866-204-3786 est. 226, from Sid. Michaels wanted info re an ex-relative. She's very easy to find (try google, Mr. Windsor), but this call deeply concerned my mom. Back off, Bill!

Yeah I got a phone message left last night at work from this Bill Winsor guy saying he was from Sidney Michaels demanding I call him back asap over a legal matter. I dont have any legal matters with anyone for any reason what a crock of crap this guy must think I was born yesterday I would like to see this guy or anyone else try to sue me I dont have anything to be sued for, especially money! LOL

Called my Cellular Phone today 6 May 2010, Fomr Ian Wilson looking to confirm that I was NAME, lived at ADDRESS, Claimed that I owed a JUDGEMENT from an Arbitration ( which I have never heard of) SO I mentioned that I was disputing any debt they claimed I owed,  That I would send then copies of the dispute letter, and would be asking for ALL documentation pertainning ot that particular debt, and that If theywere claiming I had been served with any type of notice to look and determine whether my rights under the Servicemember's Civil Relief Act had been observed.  Phon was then given over to Jeremy Gestl of the same office, asking to verify my ssan and dob, I politely refused stating that I do not give out any information over the phone.  Jeremy claimed I had been sent correspondence and that I was ignoring it.  and that they would be "taking the action they deemed necessary' on the matter.

I was contacted by "representatives" of the "Law Office Of Sydney Micheal" on several occasions concerning a credit card debt of $1000.00. They wanted bank account information over the phone and claimed to be hired by Capital One. They were extremely rude, pushy and threatening..telling me i needed to get money to them within two days, and they could ONLY do this with my bank account information. I refused to give my social security number to them, that they requested as well over the phone. i am reporting them to the FCC immediately. I have NEVER recieved anything written in the mail. This is most likely a scam. I told them i moved, by the way, and they never requested my new adress info....but they told me they were going to sue me over a $1000.00 debt(my only debt), and he needed at least $300.00- 1000.00 in the next 48 hours, and he told me to borrow from friends and family to pay it off( iam a single unemployed mom)...very unprofessional and illegitimate.

My Daughter called yesterday while I was at work. She said that she had received a call from a Mr. Kutz in regards to my ex-husband.  They were needing to reach him and needed me to contact them ASAP.  Gave this number to call him back (866) 204-3786 . He also left the same message at my home answering machine.  Caller ID: (909) 568-0750.  Weird thing was that he knew my daughter's name, and my first name and last name  from husband #1; and husband #2.  Too scary that they are capable of finding this information out!  I haven't had contact with ex-#2 for 11yrs!!!!

This has got to stop!!! It's bad enough during these rough times that we work so hard and barely make ends meet. And then these jerks and others like them FEED upon our  FEARS of having checks bouncing or utilities shut off. So they TRY to scare us with threats that we have to take care of this or else we'll be sorry!!! I looked up his Law Office SID on Google and found all of these comments.  This has been going on since 2007, according to these complaints from everyone!!  I think 3yrs is long enough for these JERKS!!!  Surely someone can find them and lock them away forever!!!  You think by now, with all the technology we have these days, the LAW should be able to STOP THEM from hurting honest, hard-working people like us!!  Come on, get them already and STOP this madness!!!  It's just wrong!!!

You must be firm in telling whoever calls you (they use an alias) that you are not allowed to receive calls at work or you will lose your job. Keep a record of this conversation, also, you must follow this up with a letter to the agency stating the same. Send the letter with a return receipt for proof of it being received..
Look up the Fair Debt Collection Practices Law and inform yourself of other measures you can take. You must take control of the conversation, in other words, tell them don't let them tell you. You are not required to give them any personal information. Collectors try to play mind games and will talk you into believing your a criminal and the world is against you. Again, keep records of any contact and statements they make.

Got a call today from STEVE BUSTOS from Attorney Sidney Michaels office regarding a personal business matter for my boss. Very pushy guy. Tried to sound intimidating. Probably won't call him back after reading all of these experiences. Watch out folks! I think they sit around and practice correct name pronunciations.

Received several calls from the law offices Sidney Michael. Phone numbers are 866 204 3728 and 909 568 0750. The worst part is my neighbor was asked to get hold of me. That was the straw that broke the carmel's back.
