It is from an inmate. Not a scam. My friends wife called me last nighf saying he got arrested and then I got a call from this number this morning, but I'm not paying $14 to talk!😂 thats half of another phone bill for me!

It was a voice mail saying about setting up an account for an inmate. I called and got voice recording explaining what it was . Thanks for your info on here about what it is.

It is not a scam. It is an image calling from a prison but if you do not have a phone account to accept the calls it will ask you to pay to accept.

I know because I do have a Securis account and got this call asking for money so I thought it was a scam but when I called and pit in my info, they explained to me that my account is only set up to receive calls from TDCJ. The inmate that called me was not under this system.

Now, the million dollar questions is who? What? Why? How they get my number and in a different state?

Recorded call @ 3:30pm stating that I'm receiving a free 20-second call from an inmate at a correctional facility. Not sure what kind of scam this is, but I hung up as fast as I could and blocked the number.

I keep getting a phone call from this number and I’m tired of it I don’t know anyone in Grayson county jail I tried blocking my number and it still calls me

They called me saying someone was calling me from prison, and I'd have to pay something like $9.99 if I accepted the call; I naturally did not.

I just got like 5 calls around 3:30 am. Very annoying and sketchy

Phone calls in the night....Pueblo County Inmate named jack...then they want me to add money to his account.  Reeks of scam would like it stopped.

Im pretty sure no one I know is in jail.

Who is calling and from where

It's a prison/jail. Most likely a scam but I called back and it's not.

Inmate service? More likely wrong dialer.
