    Called and left a message about a non relative person that I know died 6 months ago. Not very specific about what they wanted but did ask me to return call and give info if I knew who was executor of estate. Have to relay message to granddaughter of deceased person to be on the lookout for these a..holes.

    Got 2 VM messages from this number, stating they  need to speak to the person responsible for the financial affairs of my deceased husband's estate. I did not return the calls and did an online search for this company. Glad I did - what a shame that these scammers are allowed to operate and prey on unsuspecting people. I will not be calling them back.

    Thank all of you who posted and warned others about this company.  My husband recently passed after a long battle with cancer.  I have lost what little he got from disability and my work hours have been cut because of covid 19.  I will struggle for some time to get back on my feet.  I just want to fix up our house and sell so I won’t have to worry about more debt as goes by.

    I would be curious as to why you are trying to get a response from someone who clearly posted here in 2014? Are you, for some unexplained reason, thinking that they will be stopping back after 6 years to answer you?

    My first thought upon listening to the voice mail message was that it had to do with Ascenion Healthcare. Before calling back, I decided to do an online search. Wow, from the messages on here, I see that this company has been at this for at least a decade. My message was from "Gina Durant" and it was just like many of yours -- even the "if this is the wrong number" bit. My relative died a month ago and left no debts. I will not be calling back, but will keep track of how many calls I get -- more than 3 and I'm reporting it.

    Update -- apologies to Ascension Point. In this case, it was a legit call. It seems that a canceled bank account is to blame. If the bank simply would have told me that they farmed out their cancellation process to a collection agency (and this one in particular), I could have avoided a lot of unnecessary stress. In this age of identity theft, why wouldn't you give your client a heads-up?
