Don't owe anybody ... just a phishing exercise.
They could be lawyers: what's the difference between a lawyer and a catfish? one's a scum sucking bottom feeder and the other's a fish.

These guys sent "legal " papers to 3 of my previous employers explaining that they were garnishing my paycheck. I hadn't worked for any of these places for years. I also received notice that they were garnishing my bank account (which they have) but the papers they sent me looked like a 3rd graders art project complete with official seal photocopied onto the notice. so unfortunately I didn't take it seriously. Caused me a lot of grief. Didn't return my phone calls as they figured that they were going to get paid; but they can't access the money.
So now I'm kinda in limbo waiting for the other shoe to drop.
I would also like to address the "former employee" that keeps trolling these pages... you're not fooling anyone. What a tool.

It is a scam. Don't give them any money.

I got a call today claiming that these are lawyers this pomer n boccia n she told me i have a judgement lein on my house and the interest has risen to $2,412 when it was at $1,400 6 mths ago and i have been paying payments of 20$ a month as im on odsp thank you for all your comments they should be in big trouble for this pretending to be lawyers and threatning you that were going to loose our house if not paid by a certain time and that my interest would keep going up. Should i contact a lawyer about this?or this is a collection agency by sounds of it? i dont have to be concerned im stressed and health isnt well  i told them i could pay $1000 next week but thats it for awhile n they wanted me to take a second mortgage out also n made me talk to a mortgage specialist i didnt send my application but im done paying my mortgage  in 2021 and she was also  telling me that my bank will find out and ill end up paying more or can loose my house.

This woman Mrs.Lee is threatning me that I'm going to loose my house saying i owe 2,412 and have to pay it asking me to borrow money or take a mortgage again  n asking my equity on it? my CT debt was 1,400 but she said all the interest will keep adding up and that i dont want a lein on my house she said that my mortgage co will find out about my debt in 2021 when im finished and they can take the house even though my mortgage is done in 2021. i worked out a arrangement of $20 a mth less then 6 mths ago but i mentioned the guy Chuck n said he dont work there so im thinking this is a 2nd party of a collection agency n i look them up it says they pretend to be a law firm and threaten you but im on odsp and this lady stressed me out so i am okay then? I just continue with my payments and ignore the calls?? I read bad reviews but how can they get away with this she said therez a judgement lein on my home .

Did you read other posts in this thread?  I am skeptical about these calls. There is a pattern of complaints about high pressure harassment for not much money being owed, if at all.  It not helping you that Shills have been posting here to confuse people.

How do you know the debt is legit?  Is this a debt you know about?  That is the first thing to be clear about.  You can post a reply to me, and check back here for other replies.

Hi got a bunch of letter with court letter heads and threats to seize my house and garnish my wages

So what do you expect from someone who clearly posted here in 2010? Are you really expecting them to stop back to help you after 10 years? I see that there are newer posts that have very helpful information in them.  Why have you not read them?

I have now gotten a call twice from this number 9056631427- automated voice msg stating I need to call this number back due to an important business matter.. I have and two voicemails later no response. I googled Pomer & Boccia and called the actual number and a woman I spoke with says I owe Canadian tire bank which I do, and claims a letter was sent out to my mailing address however she didn’t have my apt number... she asked me to confirm my address I did.. and than gave me my credit card number since I don’t have it anymore and told me I could go to Canadian tire to pay it. I’m just confused and worried this is a scam or fraudulent in someway.

Please read prior posts from registered users, your answer is there. This is a phony debt collection scam.
