can they trace and arrest the safety deposit box? How can one know when they can arrest bank accounts?

They can only get you if the account they r trying to drain is not a joint account. Like they try to smoke you LOL. If they r sueing u and u have a joint account with some one else they cant touch it because its not allur funds. They can can only take the money when its the person they r sueing . I have had 20+ calls in a week from this number over a traffic ticket I got 10 friggin years ago and PAID in full. Finally got so mad I told them to f off and not call again, got a call back from a Mark Holstin claiming to be a lawyer told him were to go to and no further calls.

I don't understand if your company is so professional why would you have to have employee's come on a message board and call people losers, I think this says a lot about your company.

I don't have an issues with these people personally but they are sending my father letters, my father is a senior who was in the Hospital for 5 months, 1 month he was in a coma we sent a letter (written by the Dr.) to Canadian Tire explaining that he was not able to confirm he owed this money since he also had a stroke and couldn't remember plus at that time he wasn't expected to live we asked for confirmation and received nothing until this letter from Pomer & Boccia.  So to the person who is calling people losers, you are the loser since they have to prove the debt first before they can go to court most can't since they don't keep documents so bring it one losers. This says a lot about Canadian Tire who would hire a company that has its employees come into a message board to write these messages.

I don't know if I would be worried to much most of these lawyers that do only debt collections are not very good lawyers they do collections because they are not that good, they are however a little sneaky make sure that if they do try and take you to court that you file a defense immediately if you don't they can get a judgement against you.  I only know this because I know someone this happen to she filed a statement of defense, they sued her in Superior Court and not small claims because they don't have to provide documents in Superior Court when they file the claim.  She filed the statement of defense, sent in copies of the documents required and the person suing her had to drop the case since they didn't have a defense they lied in the statement of claim indicating terms that were not true.  This is how these companies work they are basically scammers that try and come across as decent lawyers but they are not.  Don't let it scare you defend yourself if you they prove you owe the money you can always make payment arrangements.  Also check the statue of limitation, its two years if your last payment was 2 years ago and you don't make another payment or admit you owe the money they can't win if you point out the statue of limitation.

I think Lucy and Minnie are the same person why don't you get some pride and get a decent job where you don't harass people for debts they don't owe.  

I worked for a plumbing for many years and did collections as well and was always nice to people when I called and when I left that job not one account was past due because I was kind and decent to people.  But I guess I'm talking to Lucy aka Minnie or Minnie aka Lucy I'm not really talking to a decent person.

They are so behind on there collections. I have not made one payment with them and they have not noticed.
They have so mannny and r making soooo much money, and i know ur account balance i have a friend that told me... It's a joke, i dont think they know who owes what. :  ) find me.........

I get calls from these guys all the time. They are just another company thats good at lying to the courts. They claimed the served me yet i never received one document. they claimed they had a judgement against my house. turns out they bought the debt off of ct and sat on it until they could rack the debt up and over 15,000.00   I will say this now if your a troll "F@#Kyou" I worked hard for a nother american company. when i traveled to the USA the company credit cards were cancelled and I was forced to pay for my meals lodging and fuel while i was in the usa for 3 weeks untill I made it back to the canadian corp office. The company filed for bankruptcy and failed to pay my expenses. after the settlement us employees never got our expenses paid yet. the darn ceos cfos and investors all got their money and bonuses.  hell we did not even receive out severance pay or pension contributuons.. so why should I pay the debt to another corporation..

Never served papers or notified in anyway! CT  Debt over 4 yeras old. We never talked to anyone about payments etc. Bank account has now been frozen and just got copy of apparent judgement / court papers in mail. Went to court house for copy of case file but its been sent to Toronto to be stored so have to wait 3 months to re request it from courthouse!  Im consulting a lawyer because debt is over 4 years old , and these people misrepresent themselves on their paperwork and they of course go to superior court cause they dont need documentation.  Frustrated but will get to the bottom of this !

This number called my house yesterday. said they were calling for a guy with the same last name as mine but I could not make out the first name and said they were calling regarding a cold case. sounded like palmer & boucher or butcher. asked me to call Miss Julia back at 905 663 1436.  She did not answer when I returned the call. I just said there was no one by that first name here and maybe she was looking for my husband as of today at  3:18 pm they have not called. Feel so stupid if this was scammers!!! I had another guy contact me threw facebook saying I was in line to claim money from a relative.  They had my maiden name as the same as the dead guys but I did not know him.  I looked into that too and people has lost everything to these [***]!! It has become a scary world,

So what happened at court?

they say they have served you but they did no such thing. they want you to go to court an admit that you owe the money and that will open the claim again so you have to pay the debt. so dont be stupid and deny the claim. as for your bank account cancel it and open a new one. if you have more then one name on the account they cant touch it if they r only sueing u. best bet get a lawyer i did. good luck.....

nothing stupid.

Some guy named glen keeps calling me about a credit card I owe on, even though I make payments to the bank he keeps calling and will not stop until the full amount is paid. There is no contract I signed that says I have to make the entire sum in one payment he doesn't ask security questions to male sure I am who I am, he's been calling my work if I ignore him too threatening to take my pay checks, this is not legal

These people have been calling and threatening me for years about a CDN tire card i was scared and would pay what i could here and there. I had to do a credit report on Equifax and it shows the card as written off/closed am i being scammed?

I forgot i asked for statement of account and received an email screen shot with a hand written balance. Doesnt seem professional or legit
