This evening I told them to go away - or words to that effect!

Would have thought when we can dial 1471 and find the number of the caller the phone companies should be able to block such callers. Suspect the phone companies aren't bothered as they are making money out of these calls.

This number called me for a survey, they used my full name, they claimed to be GFK NOP. when I asked if the woman was calling from Britain she said no, she was calling from London and gave her name as Anna Ta.  I demanded to speak to her superior who gave his name as Ismail Hussein.  I argued that I would not do the survey untill they told me how they got the number.  They relucatntly told me it was Plusnet who is actually my telephone service provider.  I told them to ********* their survey anyway as they had no right to call me, I am ex directory and with the TPS.  I contacted Plusnet who assured me they did not give out my number, I have never had any big problems with Plusnet, I tend to believe Plusnet.  Therefore the conclusion is that the above number is from lying unscrupolous scum.

This number even calls abroad in Europe...

Had a call from this number last night at 7:26pm after a tiring drive up from London in the afternoon.  The female caller who was unwilling to divulge her name or the Company for whom she was working until I had heard about the fantastic offer with which she was about to tempt me, began by rambling on about a new oven cleaning product.  After a few seconds I hung up...!!!   It seems this number is being used for a number of different activities.  I'm TPS registered and have been for 12 years and will now report this call to the ICO.

got a phone call from these at 20.30 pm  asking for my wife when asked if i could take a message they got snotty and hung up

Been receiving unwanted automated calls from 0207 890 9052. I rang the number back which went to a recorded message saying it was a market research company and no need to worry, they would call again.

I DO NOT WANT to receive spam calls from any telemarketing or research companies, our number is registered with the TPS service and they are in breach of these regulations if they make these calls.

I get regular calls from this number. They stopped for a while but they have started again. Is my number being sold on to them?  I am on TPS.

Got a call from 02078909052 this Sunday morning - a guy with a strong Indian accent wanting to do "market research on the service provided by your bank".
Do they think we are idiots and will give them key personal data?
I simply told him "None of your bloody business, GO AWAY" and hung up the phone.
I'll post his number on a dozen other junkmail/spam sites with madeup data and hopefully they will call HIM!

This number called me at 9pm on Sunday evening to ask if I would complete a survey on my bank! Not happy

The usual Indian/ Pakistani voice saying they were doing market research. My wife hung up on them.

I got a call from them on a sunday some indian women said can I speak to your parents when I pick up the phone.
I am 37 years old and my parents don.t live with me so I hung up.

Got a call from this number this evening checked it out and just blocked it i seem to get loads of these just get a phone that blocks them dead easy.

02078909052 pest call refused to identify themselves. Phoned a second time (different person, same number) said their client had passed my details to them but refused to say who the client was, Phone call was terminated by myself, 5.55 on a Saturday evening?

I'm Sick of this bunch of idiots.
I am terminally ill and really wish I could take one of these b*st*rds with me. They are completely oblivious to the harm they expose me to in getting to the phone sometimes.

im sick of thse calls but on my phone it shows the number calling so unless i know it i dont answer its just annoying that they call on weekends or as i work nights they call when ive gone to bed some thing should be done about it by now

BT uses this company for its own surveys too, so this will not help you I guess
