I feel that we must apologise for the above users making this thread so irrelevant.  Those who are regular visitors are well aware that Sanda pro-actively approach users to rectify any issues they have in this forum as a part of our market leading customer service as it allows us a direct route to improvement and it has worked very well.

A user is trying to pass themselves off as Trading standards but I have confirmation from our home trading standards that they do not communicate via these forums as they are so uncontrolled and are now investigating this user.

It is unfortunate that these forums are so unregulated as it then proves difficult to establish those who actually have genuine complaints against those who have posted incorrect information. I would however invite anyone who does have a customer service issue to utilise the UK based email address complaints@sandawellbeing.com to contact us directly and we will rectify it, as we have done with every other customer issue.

The accusation of Scam is unfounded and Daily Record newspaper article mentioned is unfortunate and we regret the situation but I welcome anyone to contact Marilyn Hunter (The lady mentioned in the paper) and she will confirm that we did in fact refund her money, just like we do with any other customer request for refund..... which, unfortunately for any trouble makers in here, takes us out of the "Scam" category.

this company phoned me this morning 9.15am trying to sell me rosex couldnt get him off the phone! in the end told him I could not afford them. It took some convincing.I had to get a bit sharp with him.After reading the replies  Im glad I did.

Dillon rang me this morning at 9.15am went on for a while trying to sell me rosex. took me a while for the penny to drop. told him could not afford it, but he still tried to sell me some. In the end
said no thank you very firmly, then I put phone down

had a call from sanda wellness as a survey and eventually tried to sell me rosex for 14.95 wanting my card details  i found it hard to get her off the phone told her i would check it out and she wanted me to put the pc on now whilst she was on the phone i did look and found this site but told her i didnt have time to put the pc on now and would look later she started  calling me" love"  and told me she would treat my like her mum ad would only take 14.95 and delete my card details its so obvious this is a scam !

My mother had a phonecall just the same knowing all her health details so she thought the hospital had told them to ring!!! she gave her bank details to buy 8 mnths supply of rosex tablets, thankgod she mentioned it and we managed to cancel her card however they had already drawn the £95.20 the same day!!!!! NOT GOOD AT ALL

I received a call from Melly at Sanda Wellness who pestered me to.  Advised me on health benefits and gave a long conversation about Pomegranate extract.  She went on and on and I thought the benefits sounded great.  I was then transferred to  another person to advise me on the dose etc.  I was very foolish and was busy and stressed at the time when they called so I agreed to buy at £14.95.  I have looked into my bank account and they have taken two transactions.  Now I have had to stop my bank card and I am disputing the two transactions with Visa Dispute, but am not sure whether will get my money back.  This has been an awful situation.  I have never been caught out like this before.
