I have just had a call from Shirley at the Wellness Centre trying to sell me Rosex gobo for £15.99 ( no idea how many tablets that was for ). Thankfully I am a qualified staff nurse and was able to realise that what she was trying to sell me would have no effect on my conditions. I don't have osteoarthritis and I am only 34! This does worry me though because I found her difficult to understand and she was quite convincing - asking for my bank details was almost an afterthought! I can see how elderly people could be taken in by them. I have yet to see if she phones me back.

Record the callback if you can and submit it to your PCT. My mother who is 71 received an identical polite but garbled and pushy call this morning and asked me to check Sanda Wellness it as she has had te same doctor for 16 years and has never had a call like this from her "local health centre's NHS medical consultants office". She has alerted her GP and our PCT from the phone book.

I sent a letter of complaint to Sanda Wellbeing in Kent in December as I have had complaints from 7 patients (8 now) to explain their actions and to desist from calling patients in my area but as yet have not received a reply. I have however tracked down their MD's office via a pharma industry contact and will be writing to him there this weekend. This has wasted a huge amount of my time.

Watch out for these people it is a SCAM they are only after your money.

I can confirm that I did not need to call the company and my mother-in-law's payment was refunded very quickly.

It appears to be accurate as a whois uk search on the postcode reveals that Ajit Patel used the same address to register www.yourwellness.net , www.teamfactor.com and www.ajitpatel.com

This may be the Crawley / Redhill office address referred to in the job advertisements on Reed UK and an Indian site for calling staff where Bali Bailey is named as the contact person.

I'm delighted to hear this. Some of the posts in this thread are from those who have not been so lucky. I would still encourage your mother to report an attempted fraud, if it was such, to protect the elderly and vulnerable.

For clarification, the address you have posted is not a Sanda address.

Can you explain? I think it provides some useful correlations:
1) The phone number employed 02085889525 matches Sanda Wellbeing's
2) Ajit is connected to all the Sanda companies, and mentioned in these lookups
3) Matches the office location that Bali Bailey mentions on various job recruitment sites, Redhill (RH postcode), Crawley (in the address)
4) Planning application data from the local council that confirms Ajit as the owner

Richard, this is where the staff are located and Sanda operates from. The other domains simply confirm the address. All those who have not been refunded now have a real address to visit and somewhere to hold the directors to account. The address next to the chip shop in Bexley is not manned by Sanda staff, simply a virtual office where the company just happens to be registered

I found Sanda and they are in Sussex.  A friend of mine remembered the name.

The office is in East Grinstead, near the McDonalds in offices above the Petrol Station.  Went round the back and sure enough there is a Sanda Wellness Sign!

I urge anyone who needs to to pay them a visit. :)

I've just had a call from what appeared to be a very nice Indian gentleman giving me a very nice offer to people in my area! The product was rosex. I was given all the chat & asked lots of questions. When I responded by saying I would consider & look in to it the gentleman got very angry & rude saying I was saying he was lying & I didn't trust him etc etc. That was the end of the conversation for me. How dreadful that he spoke to me in that manner & thank goodness I didn't fall for it as quite clearly some people have.

The mans name was mavallon.
The company was based in bexley, but head office in bucks!
I was offered 800mg 30 tabs for 15.99 instead of 29.99

The postcode won't be RH10 4LF. Perhaps a franchise? Mind you there was a nice chap from the old days called Carey Edwards who worked for Shell

Congratulations, Ange! Just don't tell the newspapers about your escape or report an attempted fraud. Looking through this thread there seems to be a lot of accusations about Sanda lying to cold-call victims. The Bucks address is their distributor, Meerkat Distribution, who Bali has frequently praised on here. Just don't go to their website as they also sell spicy underwear or look at their accounts to closely at companies house. The Bexley address is a virtual office, their registered address, next to a chip shop, Kishens. The physical HQ can be looked up by Googling the whois uk domain name for yourwellness.net
But nobody is supposed to know that, so keep it quiet :-)

Thanks! Do you have a camera phone to verify? Or a URL? Google streetview only shows the front of the Linx Office Building above the Shell Garage. The postcode is RH19 1ET. There don't appear to be any Sanda / Ajit Patel companies there on a postcode search.
