My card was billed for £7.50 - statement said ~Product Support AG. I purchased a new computer from Curry's & P C World but I did not ask them for insurance but thay have took to payments out of my account!

BE WARNED.........I bought a laptop from pc world for cash, couldn't understand why he needed to scan my debit card, but let him do it as her said it's to prove who I am!!!, IT'S FOR THESE SCAMMERS TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!!  Don't let them scan your debit/credit card if you pay cash.  Now am on my way to PC world to sort it out.

You must report these scams to trading standards and your bank if no joy with your bank report them to banking regulator.

I have been paying a few for a number of years from my business account without realising. It is probably Curry's on items I bought although never agreed to this deduction

This is the second time they will be taking out my money without my consent . I specifically warned them that I do not want the situation repeating itself the second time I bought TV from currys.

i found a £5 debit on my bank account with this number along side it and have no idea where it came from.

i have a dept been collected under this number named as product support AG of a monthly amount of £5.50
please advice me?

Dialled  this no today, told be told we taken cover out on laptop in 2014 since then paying £3 a month for laptop. we tuck ins out with this company as a one off  but not notice good thing I checked as laptop broke in summer they said return to curry for replacement  or mended .it was from currys

They charge me 8 £ for what??????

I have just noticed that I have been paying , unwittingly , £4.50 per month to Ag . This transaction does not appear in my lists of direct debits or standing orders, which is extraordinary. I assume that this was a sneaky move on the part of PC world when I bought a lap top and printer. In my mind , it amounts to theft or fraud .

Why is money coming out of my bank every month from you.  I don't know what this is, needs to stop.

£14.90 deducted 3 times from my Credit card. After a long search, I found this site and twigged that it is an insurance for a Tablet I bought over a year ago. Not that I asked for any insurance! Tomorrow will see an angry cusstomer at the Darlington/Curry's PC shop asking for an explanation and insisting on a refund, which I won't get, but will cause a nice stir when other customers hear me!

just seen same on bank statement, i never even asked for this (shuda checked receipt)  rung new number 0344 561 4000 n spoke to a man whos cancelled it n wll refund me,
