- Nan replies to BacoIt doesn't work because it is a lie. The reason for asking people to 'phone the Premium Rate numbers was exposed on the BBC TV Panorama programme. In fact CFD agents were shown wasting people's time by repeating information and asking irrelevant questions to keep them on the 'phone as long as possible. They actually confessed that they made their oney because 74% of people didn't reclaim their 'phone costs. As they went into Administration in January this hyear and then started up again could you post the name they are now using and if they have the same address? As you will see from other posts people are having trouble getting their money back and CFD have stopped posting their "corporate drivel" on here in answer to complaints. You do not say if you did 'phone the Premium Rate number and whether you actually got a loan.
- Ralphy replies to terry briggsI went through the whole thing too ! Yes, I was told to send a copy of my phone bill to Freepost, CFD Holdings including my mobile number because the way you get your refund is by some system called Mcom Payout. Theysend you a text message with an 18 digit code which you then take to any Post office and they will then give you the cash over the counter.
That's the info I was told. Hope this helps. - josh spencer replies to amryIts called cfd they are brokers and all you need to do is get the adress for them an send them a copy of your bill and you will receive your money once they have checked everything
- dreamahead replies to GailJust to say that I have received a text, but the number is an 0161 number. Whenever you get a text on a loan always check the internet & see if there are any comments on the firm that contacted you. Especially if you have not heard of them before.
- Anthony replies to Previous EmployeeThank you for clarifying this information as I think that I have dodged a bullet.

- Olivia JonesDear Previous Employee,
Before I discovered this website I sent a copy of My mobile phone bill with a covering letter as advised by one of the customer service agents. When I asked for the address at the time of my call I was told that it was FREEPOST, CFD only. I said are you sure and was told yes, the guy I spoke to couldn't not wait to hang up. I took it to the post office and was told that the address was incomplete. I tried to phone the freephone number got no answer, phone another number explained the situation and was told to afd the Post code SK1 1TA. Again I asked are you sure I was told yes and put FREEPOST, CFD HOLDINGS SK1 1TA. This was on on or just after 31 March 2014.I worked out I would hopefully expect my refund in June 2014 sometime. How wrong was I! When I heard nothing and called after 4 to 5 working days only to be told it would take 45 working days I told the agent I spoke to that this was not made clear to me when I first called. I came home from work to 15 may 2014 and found an envelope from the National Returns Centre. When I opened it guess what !!! It was my paperwork for my refund that had been returned to me with the reason from Royal mail that it had not been called for dated 28 April 2014 and another yellow sticker saying " Postage Underpaid Deficient Postage 73 p , handling fee £1.00 to pay £1.73 Revenue Protection". I have never been so shocked. I am at a loss as to what to do. Please can you help me? Thank you in advance for your assistance. many thanks, Olivia- Caller: CFD

- Nicolau LarimereI have difficulties contact that number
- Diana Angel replies to lyndsey barrattI was charged by CFD 77 pounds on a top of my bill by calling the premium call numbers they gave me!! When I called them to refund they shocked me telling that it would take 45 working days to refund!! They didn't mention that earlier when asked me to call this expensive numbers-all they said they will refund as (well- its means 45 days!!!!)!! As a result I couldn't pay my bill on time - my network was disconnected and I am still waiting for refund what will take 45 days - not earlier as "they have too many customers to refund the money"!! So..I didn't get any loan but got in trouble and lost money and lots of time !! Don't go for this company as they are fraudsters as others and this premium numbers they ask you to call is the way to get money upfront from you as they expect you to pay this bill while "they will refund it after 45 days!! I deeply regret I trusted them at first place!!

- Disgruntled customer| 3 repliesI too had a text from CFD telling me they had received my loan application and to ring an 0161 number. I did so, only to be told my loan application had been processed and I passed all the criteria. In order to get my loan I had to ring an 0906 number but I WAS told (after I stated this was a premium rate number) that the call would be charged at £1.53 per minute and that I could claim a refund through an 0800 number. So I rang the premium rate number and went through my details again. I was told I WOULD get my loan and would have to ring ANOTHER premium rate number after 15 minutes to finalise. When I rang this second number I was given the name of 2 loan companies I had already tried and been refused by. I was also given the 0800 number to ring to claim my call charges refund. In order to get my refund I had to send itemised details of said call charges including my mobile number.I sent all the relevent paperwork to CFD Holdings, Freepost last week. I've just rung the 0800 number to check progress of my refund and have been told they have received my request on 16/05/2014 and I will have my refund within 45 working days. So it takes somebody in an office 45 days to check HIGHLIGHTED details on 2 sheets of paper and write a cheque then post it?? So I didn't get any loan, am out of pocket on this month's phone bill and have to wait until the middle of July to receive my refund. I would advise anybody receiving a text from CFD DO NOT get involved as they don't provide any service but they do keep you on the phone to get their commission.
