Thank god I. Decided to investigate this company on google and read theses reviews from customers before ringing the 0906 no. I was given what a disgusting scram I jjust thank all the people who have bothered to post their complains you have stopped at least one person from being ripped off and hopefully a lot more thank you

The 3rd post on page 20 gives the details you need to try and get a refund.

A quick google search and I found this.

"Begbies Traynor have appointed Capa to execute a full property audit on Cash Finance Direct Limited – in Administration.

Dylan Quail was appointed Administrator  of the Company on 1st October 2013. Cash Finance Direct  Limited was incorporated on 15th March 1996, and operates from its only property in Stockport."

Not looking good for them, fingers crossed they go out of business soon.

No dnt ring again u were never going to get a loan and the chance of getting ur money back is no it is a well known scam its disgusting how they are getting away with it the phone calls are pointless as they are not taking your details they are confusing you to keep u on the phone for 15 mins so they can get their commission and charging you for a loan that was never going to be given nobody has ever received a loan try trading standards but they know of these people good luck hope u havnt lost too much they are the scum of this crazy world

You won't get a loan through these chancers. All they're interested in is keeping you on the phone for as long as possible.

I was told i whould get the load never did kept me on the phone for ages and i had a phone bill for over 70 pounds its wrong and bad how they can do that yes we where told about the calls after you get throw there is a brief messese they said that 200 isint avalable but 500/750 was and when you do these loans you dont read every little bit if i robbed of someone i hould get arrested yet these people are allowed to trade and misleed and rob people and get away with it ive sent loads of stuff off to get a refund nufink i int heard well now il take next step and get whatch dog invole and the news paper and name and shame them its totattly wrong what they are doing and it shouldent be allowed

Its wrong and bad yes its true they told us about the number but you dont pay much of attetion when you are being told you will indeed get a refund

thanks very much for all your information, I decided  loan would had been good in my circumstances,, now im beginning to regret it,, I haven't called the 0906 yet, and don't intent to now,, since giving my mobile number away yesterday around 4pm , it is now about 11am next day and I have received 45 text messages from different companies offering loans,, my best advice if you cant go to a bank , try companies like provident or greenwood, ok there interest rates are high, but at least the money they say you will pay back will be that amount, and they are extremely flexible from one week to the next as an agent comes to your house once a week or a month , depending what the agreement is, and collects, and when you cant make a payment there's no hidden charges, just a promise to pay next week,, but dont' touch these companies who promise the earth and you get nothing, thanks again previous employer

Good advice. As you rightly point out, Provident and others like them aren't cheap compared to the banks. But they tend to lend even if your credit rating is poor.

Though I'd only use them in an emergency.

Where do I start. I got a very misleading text message saying I had a loan waiting for the 1500 I had applied for. I was given a reference number and told to ring a premium rate phone line. The reference number ment nothing to the operator so surprise surprise we had to go through my details again at 1.53 per min. Then I got the distinct impression she got all my details wrong purposely to drag out the call.

I then got told I didnt have the loan and the company was just a broker for other companys.

Do not call this company it is a waste of time and a con.

Did they tell you that you can reclaim the call costs?  If not, report them immediately to Phonepayplus, the agency who regulate Premium Rate numbers.  They have already fined these chancers for abuse of the system and, no doubt, will be delighted to do so again.  In the meantime, try and get a copy of your 'phone bill and send it, with the call cost highlighted, to the address on the first page of posts for this number.

I despair at how little powers the authorities have, if indeed it's the same bunch spinning this scam. Have emailed Watchdog, and the Daily Mail Moneymail page, which do some very good investigation work.

But in my opinion, this is disgusting. These crooks have supposedly been 'shut down', yet still they operate on the edge of the law.

I guess that all we can do is to keep posting, to try and spread the word. But how frustrating is it?

Agreed.  What baffles me is why companies which go into voluntary liquidation to avoid their responsibilities and keep hold of the money they have conned from people are allowed to start up again with a slightly different name.  They usually just rearrange the names of the Directors and hide any banned ones behind a frontman.  It stinks and should be stopped.
