- Peersy| 1 replyGetting about 2 calls a day from this number, no idea who it is. Called the number back and the message said the number was for sale.......
- fed up| 1 replyThis company has been ringing me for nearly 1 year, claiming to help with PPI and also personal accident malarky, neither of which I need any assistance for. I've asked them at least 4 times to stop calling and remove my number but by magic 1 month after each of my requests they call me back, I wish they'd back off!!!!
- Caller: First Call
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Joe| 1 replyThese people ring me around 5x per day. Today I decided to answer so I could give them a piece of my mind - all I could hear on the other end of the line were a group of women laughing. She suddenly realized I had answered, and quickly hung up the line.
Seriously, complete nuisance callers - reported multiple times now.- Call type: Telemarketer
- Rich H| 1 replyYes they keep calling my TPS registered number and they use more than one telephone number to make the calls. Even when you answer there is nobody at the other end.
- QQI have got a call from this Number as well, I did not answer it. As the saying goes "the grove big any bird had", so long as is profitable, in the society general meeting some people do, even if breaks the law to refuse to balk.
- tognarthI have had several calls from this number, and yesterday other than asking who was calling when they asked for me by name, I did not confirm but they then went into the spiel about being from First Call, and I may be due a refund on my... at which point I had hung up.
THIS IS A SCAM. BEWARE!!- Caller: First Call
- Elaine replies to Steve| 1 replyJust had a second PPI refund mobile message, 1st one was 2 months ago and I replied then to STOP & ([***]) which looks like they haven't, WHO the hell are they & how did they get my mobile number? They can text message me as much as they like, I'll just delete them.
- russ8216Just had a call off these numpties. I managed to keep them on the phone for a good four minutes, pretty proud of myself, got put through to a Manager who wasn't very happy with me and threatened that he was going to call me every hour. I said I would look forward to having somebody to talk to especially as it would be their phone bill.
- Caller: Something to do with P.P.I (but they were not selling anything)
- Call type: Telemarketer

- Narna| 2 repliesGot a phone call from this number today, a lady asked me to confirm my name, which I did, then she hung up. I don't know who she was or what company it was but am worried how she got my surname. hope it's not a scam.
- Caller: unknown
- DebbyWhy do these people bother? I don't answer calls when I don't know the number. Waste of their time. Wish they would stop though.
- phoenixBeen getting calls from this number for a week now and really getting pissed off when i answer and all i hear is background noise. Why don't our government do something about these cold callers and people using our numbers they trace because we have had to use them on the internet to do shopping and so forth. Its about time this stopped and the people of this country who have to suffer these arsoles put thier heads together and protested to the prime minister to get the phone companies and internet companies from handing on our numbers. Its an invasion of our privacy and after all the [***] in westminster make the bloody rules and laws to stop this crap.
Get on and do your jobs you so called rullers. They wouldn't get them because they have thier phones on secret numbers. - concerned| 1 replyhad a call from this number, a woman claiming to be from first call, asking if I had been sold PPI with my credit card. I said I wasn't willing to discuss it but she asked leading questions, saying she had my information and asked me to confirm the bank, that I had paid off the balance and that my credit limit was over £1000.00. Then she asked my date of birth and told me someone will ring back in the next few days then ended the call.
I googled 'First Call' and spotted this website. I dialled 1471 to find 02070603887 was the number that had called me.
I called back and heard a recorded message, that the number was not currently in use but was for sale, and there was another number to ring if I wanted to buy it.
Although I hadn't given detailed information I felt uneasy enough to call my card provider and put a block on my card.- Caller: 'First call'
