i have just had my kitchen deliverd from this company yesteday after visiting this site a couple of days ago i was about to cancel before i did i read the back of the plan and surprise surprise it didnt say anything about appliaces will be missing it just says 1 item may be missing this could be a hinge or a handle or just a door i thought to myself and to be honest i would rather pay this company 3500pound and have a door missing than pay the 9300pound i was quoted from wickes who were actually on watchdog last week for there shoddy work rediculous prices. so i thought what the heck just give them a chance because most of the reports on here are garbage after checking myself . so yesterday driver turns up at 9.45am with the kitchen very nice and polite and should i add a brand new mercedes van so i thought then they dont seem like scammers to me but all the same i told the driver i was,nt handing over my bankers draft until i had checked eveything was there he was very polite in explaining he would unload it off the van and then we could both check it together before paying we only found 1 unit missing but at a saving 0f 6000pound i was not going to turn it away as everything else was there and my fitter said it was great quality to . my fitter said it would not be problem if they could deliver the missing unit tomorrow as he could still crack on with getting the kitchen fitted so i told the driver i would be at work tomorow but the fitter would be here . i then asked are going to drive all the way down here just for my 1 unit he replied no we are that busy we deliver all over britain every day but if we didnt have an order in ur area we would just send the unit by courier so he went on his way. i then phoned the head office and they told me exactly what the driver had told me so i was quite happy . i got home from work today thinking i hope my unit has arrived. and was extremely happy to find that not only had the driver been but my friend and my fitter had already fully fitted my kitchen its just great. however if i had of listened to some of the stupid and inacurate comments some people have put on here i could still be waiting for my kitchen and would of ended up paying stupid prices. so if you are reading this and are purchasing from this company please please save urself lots of hassle and money and do your own homework on them if you feel the need but dont listen to anything  people on here say and from the sounds of it i dont think anyone on here as actually gone through with an order from this company .

Did you ask your customer service adviser just to replace it sure they would of been happy to do so as it is probably a lot quicker and easier than to get an engineer and the use his time and to pay for the parts?
