i think this company is brilliant and the kitchens are divine!

So do I! Uber Kitchens are the best! Their kitchen carcass units burn like cadavers and kept our wood burner going for days! Biggest bunch of con-artists in this scam industry but thanks for chucking the units over our fence, Katrina!

i am also meant to be having their fitters aswel, so why would they want to lose the fitiing money and the percentage they get off the fitters. if it aint here tomorrow im phoning trading standards again. if anyone writes to them, make sure its recorded. (proof you sent it as it needs a signiture).im going to phone the ferret aswel tomorrow if it aint here, and that Dom off cowboy builders. I wanted that kitchen put into a different room for my childminding business. it shouldve been done by now, i just cant beleive it.

tried phoning them back again today NO JOY THEY JUST CUT OFF. im definately phoning trading standards and the ferret tomorrow. they have to be stopped. thats all every1 is doing is living in hope that one day the rest of their kitchens will get delivered. when we all no it wont. ive had enough now, its time to move things further and report them for what they are.

mark probebly works for them lol, but if not i bet there are other things missing like, legs for the units etc. the little things they dont put down that you dont realise you need.

PHONE THE FERRET AND TRADING STANDARDS... A broken oven OMG that is so dangerous. i cant beleive this,  they wont come and fix it. so you'l b waiting forever.

I have fitted the kitchen myself and found missing parts, damaged doors, faulty hinges, wrong cabinets,a cooker hood which has no filter and no company to contact. So much for that warranty! All in all crap customer service to say the least.

I have phoned you, E-mailed you written to you. You have never answered any of my correspondence and I have never been able to speak with anyone to sort all this out.

I would not touch your company again with a barge pole!! It has been cheaper for me to sort all the missing parts by going to local stockists and B&Q.

So Lee,  for me you want to try selling your Chinese imports back to the Chinese!! and see how they like your customer service!!

totally agree with you. i think lee is one of the fitters. the rest of my kitchen still aint arrived, im gna phone them again today and if it aint here today bt 4 ocloclk im phoning the trading standards and the ferret. these people have to be stopped. im glad you fitted your kitchen yourself. you probly done a better job than they woudv. unfortunately for me i was having their fitters to do it and i dont have all the parts or a fitter, i was on a budget, thats why i went with them. never again. But look out UBER trading standards, the ferret and Dom of cowboy builders are coming your way.

ive phoned trading standards and the feret, and im taking then to court apparently they are not a proper uber kitchen company and uber is taking then to court aswell, a man called VINCE MILLER  is scamming people although it says M SERSEN on the bottom of the invioce.EVERY1 TAKE THEM TO COURT

you aint going to beleive this VANCE MILLER the rogue kitchen gangster is behind all this. he's even  been to jail for ripping off people. i think he's even wrote a book on himself.

opened some of the boxes today only to find a whole 800 unit broke. the carcases are crap and there is no response from these people. what cons. dreading opening the rest.

well had to spend another £200 getting the parts for the kitchen. really annoyed, bt hopefully it should b fitted soon. kitchens uber are not getting away with it though, im goin to take them to court and enforce it so they will have to pay to the sheriff. i will not let this drop.

thanks to all the people,i was going to order a kitchen with them,i call all of them kitchens uber,simply kitchen,really cheap kitchen they all say same thing and they call from different numbers every time.thak god i didn't buy from them.
